Sales and Marketing Officer

Jobs Responsibilities:

  • Assist to plan and execute for promotion planning
  • Execute and implement promotion activities including joint promotion, licensing plans, events, digital, social media and media activities and projects etc. & marketing collaterals & Newsletter
  • Develop sales channels and achieve sales targets
  • Explore potential markets, expand and retain potential sales opportunities
  • Communicate and align with inter-departments, government department, external vendors and agencies to implement the marketing activities
  • Liaise for joint promotion opportunities
  • Design, create contents and manage promotions in print and on social media platforms (website, Facebook, Instagram, Wechat, forum and bloggers).
  • Conduct research into customer needs, market trends and competitor activities.
  • Handle enquiry on venues arrangement and complaints. 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Sports Management, Communication or related discipline
  • Agency experience is preferred.
  • 2-4 years working experience in marketing communications/ social media marketing
  • Creative, proactive, can-do attitude, well-groomed, team-player who can work under pressure
  • Strong understanding in social media and content marketing concepts, strategies, platforms, and tactics (including Facebook, Instagram, and Wechat)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and multitasking skills
  • Strong sense of task ownership
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
     

Accounting Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily accounting duties, including bills checking, data and journal entry
  • Assist in periodic report
  • Support ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • LCCI Level 2 (Intermediate) or above in related disciplines
  • Fresh graduate with Accounting knowledge can be considered
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibility
  • Familiar with MS Word and Excel
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
     

Member Service Assistant (Golf) (Full-time & Part-time)

Working Hours: 4:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (may require to work during Weekends and Public Holidays)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality services to the members and answer daily enquiries;
  • Handle counter duties, facilities bookings, administrative support, and course applications;
  • Perform regular checking for the venues and facilities ensuring them in a clean and good condition;
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate in tertiary education;
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese;
  • Hand-on PC skills in MS Office.

Candidates possess 2 years of relevant working experience will be considered as Assistant Officer.


Member Service Assistant (Members Section & Sports Halls)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality services to the members and answer daily enquiries;
  • Handle counter duties, membership registrations, facilities bookings, administrative support and course applications;
  • Perform regular checking for the venues and facilities ensuring in a clean and good condition;
  • Assist in corporate events and ad hoc projects when required.

Job Requirements:

  • F.7 / DSE or above with good interpersonal skills
  • Good team player, member-oriented
  • Good command of spoken Chinese and English
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office
  • Creative, outgoing personality, self-motivated, diligent and able to work independently
  • Willing to perform shift duty including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
     

Management Trainee

Jobs Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and provide guidance to subordinates in daily operations
  • Monitor accounts payable
  • Responsible for month-end closing and financial reporting
  • Assist in system implementation projects
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Degree or Higher Diploma in accountancy or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years accounting experience
  • Proven multi-tasking ability, well-organized and able to work under pressure
  • Familiar with MS Word and Excel
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
     

Assistant - Bowling Center

Responsibilities:

  • Handle counter duties, facilities bookings and course applications;
  • Responsible for general administrative and clerical support;
  • Assist in daily operation and any ad hoc assignments as required.
  • Provide quality services to the members and answer daily enquiries;
  • Assist in leagues / special events
  • Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by superior/management.
  • Shift duty is required.

Requirements:

  • Associated Degree or above in Sports/Recreation/Leisure/Hotel Management or related disciplines with 1 year’s relevant experience;
  • Good team player, member-oriented with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English;
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office;
  • Willing to perform shift duty including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
     

會計文員(兼職)(時薪HK$50)

  • 一般文書工作及電腦資料輸入;
  • 核對單據及分類處理等工作。
  • 中五程度;良好粵語;一般英語;懂讀寫中文;略懂讀寫英文
  • 具會計工作經驗或就讀會計相關學科優先
  • 每星期工作3-5天,每日工作7小時
