Senior Leasing Officer / Leasing Officer (Retail) (Ref: SLO/LO-R)

The successful candidate will report to the Leasing Manager and handle all retail leasing activities including new lettings, renewals, direct marketing, market research, budget preparation and tenancy administration. Further duties include preparing regular reports, managing files, coordinating premises takeover and handover, fitting-out, renovation management and handling enquiries and complaints.

Requirements:

  • University graduates or above

  • Minimum 3 years of retail leasing related experience

  • Proactive and customer oriented 

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Good interpersonal communication and presentation skill 

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua an advantage

  • Good computer skills

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Leasing Officer

Manager (IT Service)

This post will be directly reporting to the Department Head of Business Technology. Key responsibilities include to lead and direct a team of IT supports to troubleshoot IT issues; to evaluate new information systems products, tools or services that can automate and improve IT operations; to develop and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to identification, prioritization and resolution of incidents, including monitoring, tracking and coordination of Help Desk functions; to improve desktop hardware and software processes and support critical business strategies by managing the development, installation, vendor selection, maintenance and repair of desktop equipment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in supporting client hardware and software

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the technology field or related area

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT or similar technical field

  • Technical expertise in the support of all versions of Microsoft Windows OS

  • Familiar with a variety of Computer Science concepts, practices, and procedures

  • Familiar with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 environment

  • Ability to service and support a wide variety of end user hardware and peripherals

  • Understanding of Anti-Virus software and Security best practices

  • Knowledge in network, ITIL and Agile methodology

  • Experience in Unix systems and Mac are value added

  • Basic understanding in digital and online (website or mobile app) technologies

  • Ability to multitask and excel in a fast paced environment

  • Detail oriented with excellent technical, verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem solving skills and work well under pressure.
