Sift – Pastry Chef

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare pastry day -to-day production according to specification, requirements and customers’ recipes

  • Order ingredients

  • Conduct food checks, review event orders and handle pastry preparation

  • Reorganize refrigerators and entire section, fill up stocks items up to par to work on all necessary arrangement for upcoming pastry preparation

  • Inspect the kitchen equipment are in function and call suppliers for repair work in any situation;

  • Coordinate operations with the other departments

Requirements:

  • With more than 5 years related pastry working experience

  • Creative and quality-oriented team player, work hard, good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience in leading a pastry team is an advantage

  • Well-versed in kitchen hygiene, creative and service-oriented

  • Work independently

  • Working time: 9 hours per shift

Chef de parties / Commis (Overnight Shift)

Job Highlights:

  • Cupcakes ‘café

  • Pre - preparation of the pastry production

  • Good team player with good communication skills

Job Duties:

  • Prepare pastry day -to-day production according to the Pastry Chef 's specification, requirements and customers’ recipes

  • Ordering of ingredients

  • Conduct food checks, review event orders and handle pastry preparation

  • Reorganize refrigerators and entire section, fill up stocks items up to par to work on all necessary arrangement for upcoming pastry preparation

  • Inspect the kitchen equipment are in function and call suppliers for repair work in any situation;

Job requirements:

  • With more than 1 years related pastry working experience

  • Creative and quality-oriented team player, work hard, good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience in pastry section is an added advantage

  • Well-versed in kitchen hygiene, creative and service-oriented

  • Work independently

  • Working time: 22:30 – 07:30/ 00:00 – 9:00 / 05:00 – 14:00
