Shun Tak Property Management Limited is a wholly – owned subsidiary of the Shun Tak Group currently managing a portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial properties in Hong Kong and Macau. It is also the first Hong Kong property management company accredited with the ISO 9001:2000 certification in Macau. We are now inviting applications for the following position:

Property Officer

Job Duties:

  • To be responsible for day-to-day operation of a designated property portfolio

  • To handle complaints and enquiries of the customer

  • To oversee the repair and maintenance conditions of the properties

  • To supervise the performance of cleaning, security and other maintenance contractors

  • To attend regular meetings with Owners Committee and liaise with government bodies


  • Diploma or above, preferably in Property /Housing Management or related disciplines 

  • Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in management of large scale commercial premises

  • Possess hands-on experience in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing

  • Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure

  • Work independently and good communication skills 

  • *Working Location : Ho Man Tin

Senior Club House Officer

Job Duties: 

  • Assist coordinating fitness activities in order to maintain Residents’ interest and maximize usage of the Gymnasium

  • Organizing and implementing recreation programs and activities for the Residents

  • To monitor and evaluate the performance of assigned contractors 


  • Matriculated or above, Diploma in Recreation Management or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in prestige club house or similar establishments

  • Outgoing personality, self-motivated, diligent and customer oriented

  • Good command of both spoken and written English

  • Hands-on experience in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Shift duty and work on weekend and public holidays is required

Senior Accounts Clerk

Job duties:

  • Responsible to prepare accounts payable, organize incoming invoices and check for proper approval, inform vendors on the payment and dispatch checks

  • Liaise with customers to follow up overdue and delinquent accounts

  • Handling phone enquiries from customers and other Departments within the Group

  • Assist Accountant to prepare Accounts Analysis and Reports

  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as when required


  • Diploma holder or above in Accounting

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in accounting preferably in property management

  • Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure with time constraint

  • Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in MS Office with knowledge in accounting system an added advantage 

  • Fresh graduate will also be considered

  • *Working Location : Near HKU MTR Station
