Shun Tak Property Management Limited is a wholly – owned subsidiary of the Shun Tak Group currently managing a portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial properties in Hong Kong and Macau. It is also the first Hong Kong property management company accredited with the ISO 9001:2000 certification in Macau. We are now inviting applications for the following position:


Job duties:

  • Responsible for preparation of full sets of accounts

  • Monitor and prepare monthly billings, financial reporting & analyses, and management reporting

  • Ensure the compliance of financial policies, procedures and contractual requirements

  • Review and record daily income reports as well as perform sequential check for completeness and accuracy of client's income

  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments 


  • Degree holder in Accounting and possessed Accountancy qualifications

  • Member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experiences, exposure in the environments of property management or investment is preferred

  • Computer literate, proficiency in MS Excel, and accounting software, such as Flex Systems

  • Immediate available is highly preferred
