Property Assistant 

Job Duties:

  • To be responsible for day-to-day operation of a designated property portfolio
  • To handle complaints and enquiries of the customer
  • To oversee the repair and maintenance conditions of the properties
  • To supervise the performance of cleaning, security and other maintenance contractors
  • To attend regular meetings with Owners Committee and liaise with government bodies

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, preferably in Property /Housing Management or related disciplines 
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience in management of large scale commercial premises
  • Possess hands-on experience in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
  • Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Work independently and good communication skills 
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Property Officer

Property & Facility Manager 

Job duties:

  • To assist the Senior Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a designated property portfolio
  • To supervise the daily operations of the Senior Property Officers /Property Officers and other staff
  • To monitor the performance of services contractors, in particular of cleaning, security, landscaping and repair & maintenance (R&M) contractors
  • To oversee the R&M conditions of the properties & prioritize R&M works with technical team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree holder in property management or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in property management in which 3 years’ must be at supervisory level
  • A member of relevant professional organizations is preferred
  • Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
  • Strong and effective leadership with solid people and team management
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Property & Facility Manager

Senior Club House Ambassador

Responsibilities :

  • To assist in the day-to-day operation and administration works of the Clubhouse
  • To handle the daily charges for facilities' admission fees and monthly program fees and compile reporting.
  • To answer Residents' enquires and handle their initial complaints
  • To assist in organizing recreation/ festival programs and activities
  • To do any other duties as assigned by senior management

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Certificate in Hotel / Sports / Recreation Management discipline
  • At least 1 year experience in prestige clubhouse, hotel or similar establishments
  • Self-motivated, diligent, able to work independently
  • Hands-on experience in using MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Shift duty and work on weekends and public holidays are required
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Club House Ambassador

Assistant Club House Officer

Job duties:

  • Assist coordinating fitness activities in order to maintain Residents’ interest and maximize usage of the Gymnasium
  • Organizing and implementing recreation programs and activities for the Residents
  • To monitor and evaluate the performance of assigned contractors

Requirements:

  • Matriculated or above, Diploma in Recreation Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience and at least 1 year relevant experience as an instructor in a health or fitness facility
  • Certificate holder of HK Physical Fitness Association or NASM, valid First Aid Certificate is preferred
  • Outgoing personality, self-motivated, diligent and customer oriented
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Shift duty and work on weekend and public holidays is required

Technical Manager/ Assistant Technical Manager

Job duties:

  • Recommend, prepare and review preventive maintenance schedule as well as arrange and monitor the maintenance work for the designated property portfolio
  • Plan, implement and supervise improvement projects to comply with the latest statutory regulations and requirements
  • Review and monitor the performance of maintenance contractors, suppliers and technical team
  • Prepare annual maintenance budget, set up and review relevant operations policies and provide staff training
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities and public bodies
  • Lead or participate in other ad hoc tasks whenever necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Building Services Engineering/ Building Surveying/ Building Studies or equivalent
  • Relevant professional qualifications such as MHKIE
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience of which 5 years at a managerial capacity
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong leadership and effective communication skill
  • Responsible, self-disciplined and able to work under pressure
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Technical Manager
