Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager, Event Booking Center (Catering & Group)

Job Summary:

  • Maximize Catering and Group (MICE) Sales revenue by managing and developing accounts.

  • Lead, direct and follow up on each negotiation process on all Catering and Group Sales leads.

  • Ensure delivery of services in Catering and Group Sales through clear communications and coordination with all relevant departments.

Requirements:

  • Holder of University Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience gained in sizable hotel.

  • Self-motivated, good communications and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.

  • Knowledge of Delphi and Opera system an advantage.

  • Candidate with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Sales Manager, Event Booking Center.

Human Resources Assistant

Job Summary:

  • Support in all aspect of Human Resources functions including but not limited to Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, etc.

  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Holder of University degree or above in Hospitality/Human Resources Management.

  • Work / Internship experience at Human Resources Department gained in sizeable hotels highly preferred.

  • Well versed with Employment Ordinance and HR related regulations and practices.

  • Team player, pleasant, energetic, attention to details and well-organized.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing.

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese a must; ability to speak Mandarin an advantage.
