Manager, Database Marketing (93027)
Purpose of the role:
Manager, Database Marketing will report to Director of Customer Relationship Management of our loyalty marketing team. His/her key responsibilities will be developing multi-channel marketing automation campaigns and supporting group level marketing campaigns on daily basis. This role will work together with other teams and vendors to drive business priorities through effective marketing campaign implementation.
Key Functions will cover:
Understand best email marketing campaign practice; stay abreast of and recommend email marketing best practices with coding, design and testing of email campaigns
Set up triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns
Able to work with database and has knowledge on CRM and segmentation
Work with vendor and IT to drive multi-channel integration such as SMS, WeChat and other social media
Work with vendors to review and enhance campaign flow and optimise marketing effort
Track and monitor campaigns’ performance from different channels to compare and analyse
5-7 years of experience in marketing, email agency or digital agency
Experience with email tools (e.g. CheetahMail, Emarsys, etc.) or other marketing engagement platform, Adobe marketing cloud is highly desired
Good understanding of database concepts and segmentation
Experience debugging HTML rendering issues and working with Responsive Design
Experience with SAS campaign and ability to write in SQL script is a plus
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
Design Manager, Architecture (97693)
We are hiring Design Manager, Architecture
As a Design Manager, Architecture, we rely on you to
Work closely with owners, operators and consultants in planning, coordinating and facilitating the overall design works of new hotels and/or Hotel Management Agreement projects and/or asset enhancement projects, including initiating design programming, conceptual design, detailed design, construction, cost and schedule control, in order to ensure the design outcome effectively address owner’s brief.
Visit and analyze site and city context of the projects
Drive designs that are innovative and with business sense
Conduct site visits to ensure all design related matters are executed on time; progress and comments for rectifications and improvements are documented, in particular works done by the consultants
Build up and maintain a reference library on designs, new products, technical specifications, materials, etc.
We are looking for someone who are/ have:
HKIA registered architect or equivalent. Authorized Person is an advantage
Sound knowledge in design trends, industry suppliers and innovative design materials
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with a proven track record in handling luxury hotel projects, boutique F&Bs, or large-scale mixed-use developments in sizable consultancy firms or developers
Solid experience in handling overseas luxury projects is an advantage
Able to perform basic project finance exercise
Proficiency in industrial related software is a must, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Acrobat, Photoshop and Microsoft Office
Proficiency in Graphic Design and Videography Design software is an advantage
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
Desktop Administrator (97659)
We are currently seeking a Desktop Administrator to join our team in the Information Technology Division at the Corporate Office in Hong Kong.
The Desktop Administrator is responsible to provide end user computing support for Shangri-La Headquarter office in Hong Kong.
Provide technical support of the IT infrastructure in the SLIM Hong Kong office.
Support on end user computing (Anti-Virus, security patch update, OS upgrade, software version upgrade)
Evaluate and recommend new technologies in office automation and end user computing software.
Work with vendor to provide computer hardware maintenance support
Active Directory administration
Support of video conferencing and AV facilities in meeting rooms
Technical support on mobile devices and remote VPN access
Provide help desk support including users who are working on the road
Software licenses and hardware inventory management
Perform duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor or senior management
Experiences and skills required
University degree in the field of Information Technology preferred.
3 to 5 years direct work experience in an end user computing support.
Ideally the candidate should be certified as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) or other relevant course.
Expert knowledge in Microsoft Windows Operating System and PC applications.
Knowledge of workings, configuration of Android and iOS Devices
Familiarity with managing mobility devices (Apple iOS & Samsung Android), Mac OS preferred but not required
Strong problem solving skills.
Attention to details, efficient in follow-throughs.
Ability to communicate with all levels of management and outside parties in a non-technical language.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
Experienced in providing simple user training
Fluency in written and oral English as well as Cantonese is essential.
