Sales Co-ordinator – Corporate


  • Minimum 2 year hotel experience in either Reservations or Front Office

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel

  • Knowledge of OPMS / Delphi / Cvent / Starcite is a plus

Chinese Operations Admin Co-ordinator (Secretary)


  • Minimum 3 year secretarial experience, with Culinary/ Hotel experience preferred

  • Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Chinese

  • Highly proficient in basic Office software such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

  • Able to handle routine correspondence and office matters independently

  • Customer care skills, good phone etiquette and listening skills

  • Service oriented, customer focused

  • A good team player, able to motivate and work with multi-cultural work environment 

Valet Parking Attendant

  • Holder of HK Driver's license with 3 years in actual driving and parking experience. Preferable in hotel operation.

  • No conviction of motoring offence. Good eye-sight.

  • Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

  • Good customer contact and communication skills

Concierge Assistant

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Willing to work on shifts in a competitive environment

  • Good command of spoken English and Putonghua

Service Centre Officer

  • Good telephone etiquette, selling and communication skills

  • Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua

  • Willing to work on shifts in a competitive environment

  • Self-motivated, well-organised and able to work independently

Housekeeping Co-ordinator

  • Excellent command of spoken English and Putonghua

  • Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independently

  • Good telephone etiquette and communication skills

  • Willing to work on shifts and good team player
