Assistant Manager/Front Office Supervisor(大堂副經理/前堂部主任)

Job duties:

  • Responsibilities for the daily operations of Front Desk and Guest Services, including guest enquiries, greeting & servicing hotel guests, ensure the quality of hotel services standard
  • Handle emergency case and complaint

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience, with 2 years at supervisory level
  • Overnight shift is required
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Service-oriented and excellent in communications and interpersonal skill
  • Mature, independent, proactive, service-oriented and attentive to detail
