Manager, Sales / Assistant Manager, Sales

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the key accounts of the allocated geographical market and through planned sales activity, maximize account potential in terms of rate or room-nights accordance with overall sales strategies

  • Review rentals versus budget on a monthly and quarterly basis and recommend possible adjustments based on market feedback so as to maximize profits

  • Monitor Comp set activities and intelligence sources to identify sources of business and prospect new leads / account to increase market share. Recommend changes in rate structure and marketing approach to ensure optimal market position and maximum profitability for the property

  • Achieve budgeted revenues, monthly personal sales goals and team target in order to maximize profitability with all areas of responsibility

  • Handle all enquiries from potential corporate tenants and appointed agents by participating presentation, meeting, site inspection, entertainment, negotiation and contract preparation, keep records and follow up until business is secured

  • Establish and maintain good relationship with in-house tenants as well as corporate HR/secretaries and prospective future tenants in order to promote a service-oriented and caring atmosphere to ensure lease renewal

  • Closely working with leasing team to ensure high productivity and efficiency

  • Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager , Sales

Requirement:

  • Diploma/Degree Holder, preference in Real Estate or Hotel Management

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in real estate or hospitality

  • Strong interpersonal skill

  • Good computer knowledge

  • Excellent spoken and written communications skills in English and Chinese/Putonghua

Coordinator, Information Technology

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage system health checks and data backups

  • Proactively upgrade and monitor on servers and IT equipment

  • Assist and test Disaster Recovery plan annually

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by supervisor

  • Helpdesk implementation and management

  • Collaborate and work with internal and external sources or vendors

  • End user communications of networking, server or other service changes or interruptions

  • Maintain IT assets inventory and records

  • Maintain high level of technical competence; assist staff in resolving complex technical problems and work with guests to ensure solutions are satisfactory

  • Document and provide training to internal users in the basic operation and maintenance of computers and related components

  • Provide reports and communication progress to Manager

  • Perform related work appropriate to the classification as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines

  • 1 years related experience in providing technical support on PC, Servers

  • Hands-on experience in IT daily operations support

  • Experience in MS Windows Servers, LAN/WAN Infrastructure of the organization

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills

  • Knowledge in hotel PMS system would be a definite advantage

  • Knowledge in VM environment would be a definite advantage

  • Well-organized, independent and customer-oriented

  • Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Fresh graduates will be considered
