Assistant Manager/Manager, AML Advisory

Responsibilities:

  • Provide AML and Counter Terrorist Financing related advices to business units/ branches
  • Prepare and update the AML policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with regulatory requirements
  • Review the enhanced due diligence submitted by business units
  • Conduct periodic account review for high risk customers
  • Prepare AML training materials
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration Risk Management, Law or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of AML advisory experience
  • Knowledge of AML/Counter Terrorist Financing controls, procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Good knowledge of banking operations and exposure to consumer banking and corporate banking
  • Ability to work independently and to make prompt decisions
  • Great sense of ownership to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
  • Responsible, detailed-mind, well-organized with good communication skills

Assistant Vice President, AML Advisory & Training

Responsibilities:

  • Update AML policy to ensure it is in line with local regulatory requirements
  • Provide KYC and pre-deal advisory services to various departments
  • Approve new accounts opening and periodic accounts review for high risk customers
  • Deliver AML training to the Bank's staff
  • Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by senior management

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration Risk Management, Law or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of AML compliance experience
  • Strong understanding of AML controls, procedures and regulations
  • Good knowledge of banking operations and exposure to consumer banking, corporate banking and FIs
  • Responsible, detailed-mind, well-organized with good communication skills

Assistant Vice President, Investment & Insurance Compliance

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advisory services on Investment and Insurance businesses for compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
  • Provide investment & insurance compliance development updates to Senior Management and assess the impact on the business and operation units
  • Participate in new product & service development project and advise on compliance matters
  • Review staff sales script as well as marketing materials
  • Develop and review compliance policies and guidelines in relation to Investment and Insurance products
  • Deliver investment compliance training to relevant Bank's staffs
  • Liaise with external regulators and auditors on investment and insurance compliance matters
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned from management

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Risk Management, Law or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of banking industry with compliance or related experience
  • Proficient with banking operations and solid knowledge of Investment & Insurance products
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements such as SFO, SFC's Code of Conduct and HKMA circulars etc.
  • Responsible, detailed-mind, well-organized with good communication skills

Clerk 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to assigned department

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary educated with at least 5 subjects passed in HKCEE/HKDSE, including Chinese and English subjects
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered

Computer Operator

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operation support in Data Centre, including batch processing, system monitoring, report distribution, data restoration and backup

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Higher Diploma in Computing Studies or related disciplines
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Overnight shift duty required

Credit Appraiser (Corp/Commercial)

Responsibilities:

  • Analyses and reviews complex and sizeable loans in HK and the Mainland to ensure that they adhere to existing policy guidelines
  • Liaises with lending units to resolve credit issues and expedite the process
  • Assists in collecting market intelligence through various channels
  • Prepares various MIS reports for the management’s review
  • Ensures credit facilities adhere to the Bank's internal credit policies/guidelines as well as external regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in credit review and analysis, preferably in banking industry
  • Sound knowledge in lending products
  • Good understanding in credit risk management and regulatory compliance
  • Self-motivated and detail-minded with strong risk control senses and analytical skills

Financial Control Assistant (Bank Reconciliation)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the Bank Reconciliation for Outport Banks including Due From Outport Banks/ Due From Local Bar and Due From Overseas Branches Remittance A/C
  • Report the funding position of Due From Outport Banks and Due From Overseas Branches Remittance A/C to Treasury Department   
  • Prepare the Bank Confirmation for Outport Banks
  • Take up ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary educated with at least 5 subjects passed in HKCEE/HKDSE, including Chinese and English subjects
  • Passed LCCI Bookkeeping and Accounting (Level 2)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking or accounting industry
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing

Manager, Compliance Review

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct compliance review on local and overseas operations of the Bank to ensure compliance with internal policies/guidelines as well as external regulatory requirements
  • Proactively identify, assess, report and mitigate the compliance risks of local and overseas operations
  • Provide compliance advice with an aim of operations alignment across different branches
  • Design the reporting templates to be completed by overseas branches on a regular basis
  • Review policies and procedures of overseas branches on a need basis
  • Report the compliance status of overseas branches to senior management

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Risk Management, Law or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of compliance experience, with exposure to banking operations preferably in China or U.S.
  • Well versed in Hong Kong banking regulatory requirements
  • Good knowledge of China or U.S. regulatory regime
  • Experience in dealing with local and overseas regulators preferred
  • Responsible and detail-minded with good analytical and communication skills
  • Occasional travel to overseas countries required
