Administrative Officer

Roles:

  • Responsible for the administration & airlines’ reports on the day-to-day basis

Accountabilities:

  • Provide general office and administrative duties in the department

  • Provide daily / monthly operation reports & communicate within departments

  • Assist in handling stationery and office supplies

  • To comply with all regulations and requirements with regards to health, safety and security set by the Company and relevant authorities while on duty

  • Take reasonable care of the health and safety of self and of others

  • Carry out any other duties as required and directed by the Company

Capabilities and Experience:

  • Form 5 / DSE or above

  • Carry out any other duties as required and directed by the Company

  • Relevant aviation or accounting working experience will be an advantage

  • Proficiency in MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

  • Be responsible, self-motivated, proactive, customer-orientated and good organization skills

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadline

Administrative Officer (Passenger Operations)

Roles:

  • Responsible for the administration of the Passenger Services Department on the day-to-day basis 

Accountabilities:

  • Provide general office and administration supports in Passenger Services Department

  • Assist in the compliance of department daily / monthly operation reports

  • Input data and monitor various service analysis & reports compilation

  • Responsible for stocks keeping such as uniforms and office stationery

  • Responsible for housekeeping on various locations 

  • Responsible for the maintenance and replacement of office appliances and furniture

  • Assist in the collection, distribution and replacement regarding staff matter

  • Assist in the liaison and inquiry handling from both internal and external parties such as internal departments, airline representatives and other Government bodies

  • Handle and monitor the airlines’ stationery stocks to ensure sufficient use for daily operations

  • Maintain administrative databases and filing systems

  • Assist in meeting minutes consolidation when required

  • Take part in social events organised by the Company

  • Carry out any other duties as required and directed by Management

  • Emergency support during typhoon, severe disruption or crisis

Capabilities and Experience:

  • Diploma or Associate Degree or equivalent

  • Entry Level - no prior job-related work experience required

  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin

  • Proficiency in MS Words, Good in Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word processing

  • Good communication skills

  • As a good team player

  • A quick learner, organized and able to work effectively and professionally under time pressure

  • Positive work attitude with “To-do” mindset
