Senior Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients, owners, developers and vendors
  • Deliver great service to incoming clients seeking Japan properties
  • Prepare and negotiate Sale & Purchase/Lease Agreements, conduct property inspections and march-in services
  • Use our robust database to grow your business

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years working experience
  • Experience in Japanese properties & other foreign market is preferred
  • Experience in selling face to face and through e-platforms professionally
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and good negotiations skills
  • Personable and able to build relationships with prospective client
  • Able to speak and read Japanese will be an advantage but not a must

Accounting Clerk / Assistance

Job Duties

  • Responsible for daily accounting duties
  • Handle bank issues, e.g. cheques deposits
  • Assist in preparing cheques payments, claim forms, vouchers
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports
  • Perform accurate filing and documentation
  • Perform ad hoc duties and assignments
  • Responsible for year-end closing, prepared audit schedules

Requirements

  • F5 or above with at least 1-2 years accounting experience
  • Knowledge of MYOB is preferable
  • Responsible, independent, self-motivated, mature, detail oriented, well organized and good communication skill
  • Proficient skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is preferred

 

Sales & Marketing Administrator / Assistant

Sales & Marketing Assistant / Coordinator

Job Duties

  • Provide sales operations assistance to internal sales team and external parties
  • Responsible to support daily operations of sales administration (e.g., Sales contract, invoice, meeting minutes, reports and presentation preparation, documentation processing, meeting scheduling and coordination, follow-up on the clients’ payment status, etc.)
  • Provide all levels of administrative support to the Sales team
  • Ability to respect and maintain highest level of confidentiality
  • Daily customer data management
  • Assist in creating graphics for Social Media posts, Email Banners, Online Advertising Banners and other marketing graphics.
  • Coordinating with external & internal parties for ensuring successful implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Collect market data for market analysis to improve on customer insights
  • Assist in preparing various marketing reports, analysis, proposals & presentations
  • Ad-hoc tasks as needed to support marketing and other departments

Requirements:

  • F5. or above
  • 2 - 3 years’ relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in PC applications / Chinese MS Word / Excel
  • Willing to work under pressure / work independently with tight schedule
  • Initiative, stable, fast-learning, adaptable to changes
  • Good team player and communication skills in an young and energetic work place
  • Detail-minded and well organized with strong sense of responsibility
