Customer Services Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality and professional customer services by providing accurate and sufficient information to customers in professional and polite manner at all times according to our standards and procedures

  • Handle and follow up customers’ enquires and comments

  • Provide daily operation support

  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Having passion in Luxury Industry is welcome

  • At least 1 year relevant experience in customer services. Fresh Graduates with strong interest will also be considered

  • Must be independent

  • Presentable, Proactive, Polite and willing to learn

  • Form 7 graduate with good command in spoken and written of Cantonese, English and Mandarin

  • Shift work is required (Sat, Sun and public holiday shift will be subjected to team rotation manner)

  • Immediate available is preferred.

Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, analyze and prepare a report on SEM campaigns top to bottom across multiple ad campaigns, product lines and regions using Google Adwords, Yahoo, Google Analytics, Weibo, WeChat.

  • Continuously create, categorize and refine keyword lists to drive incremental traffic and conversions while managing to a defined budget.

  • Perform A/B testing on ad copy and landing pages across search engines and oversee the process from start to finish; Provide strategic recommendations for improvement.

  • Maintain a search campaign calendar to effectively communicate launches and time-sensitive campaign status.

  • Create search marketing effectiveness reports with emphasis on over-all paid search effectiveness and provide timely recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Develop web presence strategy and overall planning on the Company's website/ digital platforms/devices and social media meets the needs of our customers

  • Reports to and responsible to Marketing Manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma or university degree holder in Marketing, Communication or a relevant discipline.

  • Proven working experience in Social media & analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics)

  • Ad agency partnership handling and the corresponding execution

  • SEO optimizations of the sites (including evaluation of the keywords of the analysis network and improve the keyword ranking of the website)

  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese (including Chinese typing)

  • 3+ years’ experience in creating content for social media channels including WeChat, Instagram and Facebook

Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Business Development Manager to developing the HK, PRC, and International markets

  • Assist Business Development Manager to achieve the business and performance targets of the team

  • Manage day-to-day business development and sales activities independently

  • Build and develop long-term relationship with our valued customers to achieve high level of customer satisfaction

  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Education or above

  • Min 2 years of business development and sales experiences gained in industries targeting High-Net-Worth (HNW) customers

  • Deep understanding of HNW customer’s needs and the channels to reach them is critical

  • Team player, Presentable, Passionate and able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  • Independent, well-organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese & English and Mandarin

Administration Assistant/ Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including procurement and maintenance of office equipment, stationery and supplies, etc

  • Perform data checking, data entry, filling and routine duties to the operations and sales team

  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Form 7 /DSE or above with a year of experience in office administration

  • Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing

  • Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese including Mandarin

  • Responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated, independent

  • With good attitude and willing to learn

  • Immediate available is preferred.
