Customer Services Officer
Deliver quality and professional customer services by providing accurate and sufficient information to customers in professional and polite manner at all times according to our standards and procedures
Handle and follow up customers’ enquires and comments
Provide daily operation support
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Having passion in Luxury Industry is welcome
At least 1 year relevant experience in customer services. Fresh Graduates with strong interest will also be considered
Must be independent
Presentable, Proactive, Polite and willing to learn
Form 7 graduate with good command in spoken and written of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Shift work is required (Sat, Sun and public holiday shift will be subjected to team rotation manner)
Immediate available is preferred.
