Account Manager - IT Solutions

The Job:

  • To provide professional advices on total IT solutions (including hardware, software, infrastructures & solutions) to our existing and new potential customers (various vertical markets)

  • Work closely with Marketing and Business Development and Technical Services teams to identify new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets and business results

  • Ensure a professional sales strategy to maintain long-term customer relationships

  • Proactively visit customers and conduct strategic account reviews

The Person:

  • Degree holder in Business, IT or related disciplines

  • At least 2 years’ sales experience, preferably from IT / Telecom industry

  • Exposure in property management / garment / logistic industries would be a definite advantage

  • Strong products knowledge on hardware (e.g. PC, switches, routers, servers & DC) and solutions (e.g. applications, storage, networks, virtualization)

  • Possess good knowledge and market intelligence in IT solutions

  • Proven sales revenue record with excellent account management skill

  • Excellent verbal (English, Cantonese) and written communication skills, fair mandarin.

  • Strong pitching and influential skill

  • Proficient PC skills

Key Account Manager

The Job:

  • Promote Ricoh products (multi-functional copier, printer) and ICT solutions (SaaS, meeting room solutions) to delegated key accounts.

  • Manage contract negotiations and provide excellent customer service follow up

  • Develop and solidify business partnership with senior management or C level

  • Keep abreast of new technology and equip personal knowledge

The Person:

  • Degree holder with 2 years B2B selling experience

  • Prior experience in handling key account is an advantage

  • Strong in preparing proposal and present in a professional way

  • Aggressive, good negotiation skill and sensitive to data

  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Production Printing Engineer

The Job:

  • Provides on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for production printing systems

  • Maintain machines in high performance condition

  • Supports customers’ production printing systems to enable their round the clock business

  • Establishes and maintains face-to-face customer relations and master good understanding of customers’ entire workflow and associated print management applications

  • Conduct post- sales supports and user training

The Person:

  • Holder of professional qualifications in A+, Network+, MCP, MCITP or equivalent is highly preferred

  • At least 3 years solid experience in servicing production printing systems

  • Knowledge of high speed printing device is a definite advantage

  • Knowledge and experience in color management

  • Good networking knowledge and skills

  • Self-motivated, customer-focused and able to work under pressure

  • Able perform shift work and ah-hoc emergency duty

Contract Warehouse Keeper (Parts Centre)

The Job:

  • Responsible for Parts Centre operations, include receiving, picking and packing activities

  • Perform regular stock take

  • Provide clerical support to the team

The Person:

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above with at least 1 year relevant experience

  • With Inventory Control experience is an advantage

  • Well-organized and detailed-minded

  • Basic Microsoft Excel /Word skills

  • Basic English is preferred

Marketing Communications Specialist (Digital Marketing)

The Job:

  • Work closely with Products and Solutions Marketing Team to drive the leads of the specific products and solutions

  • Liaise with agencies to implement corporate and lead generation events

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and drip campaigns through the marketing automation platform

  • Coordinate with vendors for the design and production of corporate collaterals, promotional materials and advertisement

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

The Person:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline 

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing communications, preferably in IT industry

  • Experienced in Digital Marketing is a must

  • Sound knowledge in Production, Event Management, Marketing Automation and Digital Analytics is an advantage 

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and handle multi-tasks

  • Excellent English and Chinese in both written and verbal communications

Business Development Specialist (Outsourcing Service)

The Job:

  • To own and achieve assigned sales and revenue target in managed outsourcing & digital imaging service domains via prospecting for potential new clients and turn this into increased business

  • To provide quotation and RFP response to related service deal enders with bid management strategies

  • To provide stakeholder management via presentation and consultation to middle and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services

  • To establish and maintain close relationships with existing customers and business partners

The Person:

  • Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or other related disciplines

  • At least 1 year of solid sales experience with proven sales track record

  • Experience in IT, imaging, consulting or telecom industries is a definite advantage

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills especially on presentation, negotiation and influencing aspects

  • Strong business acumen with good analytical skills, result-oriented and a drive to success

  • Proficient in both written and oral English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

  • Proficient in computer applications, especially on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Immediately available is highly preferred

Production Printing Specialist (Sales Role)

The Job:

  •  Collaborate with cross teams to understand the production printing needs of customer

  • Comprehend customer’s operation flow and provide customized effective solutions

  • Cooperate with Color Analyst and provide technical advice to customer

  • Participate industry related seminars to promote company’s products

The Person:

  • High diploma or above, preferably in printing, information technology or related discipline

  • G7 Expert / Professional certification holder is a definite advantage

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in managing corporate clients in Production Printing

  • Good project management skill, persistence, willing to take challenge

  • High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Clerk (Service Administration)

The Job:

  • Responsible for the renewal and administration of service contracts

  • Handle customers' enquires

  • Update and maintain customers’ database

  • Compile monthly reports

  • Support ad hoc administrative projects and tasks

The Person:

  • DSE or above with at least 2 year of clerical experience

  • Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong sense of responsibility, well organized and a good team player

  • Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of written English and Chinese

  • Fresh graduated are also welcome
