Key Account Manager

The Job:

  • Promote Ricoh products (multi-functional copier, printer) and ICT solutions (SaaS, meeting room solutions) to delegated key accounts.

  • Manage contract negotiations and provide excellent customer service follow up

  • Develop and solidify business partnership with senior management or C level

  • Keep abreast of new technology and equip personal knowledge

The Person:

  • Degree holder with 2 years B2B selling experience

  • Prior experience in handling key account is an advantage

  • Strong in preparing proposal and present in a professional way

  • Aggressive, good negotiation skill and sensitive to data

  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Account Manager - IT Solutions

The Job:

  • To provide professional advices on total IT solutions (including hardware, software, infrastructures & solutions) to our existing and new potential customers (various vertical markets)

  • Work closely with Marketing and Business Development and Technical Services teams to identify new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets and business results

  • Ensure a professional sales strategy to maintain long-term customer relationships

  • Proactively visit customers and conduct strategic account reviews

The Person:

  • Degree holder in Business, IT or related disciplines

  • At least 2 years’ sales experience, preferably from IT / Telecom industry

  • Exposure in property management / garment / logistic industries would be a definite advantage

  • Strong products knowledge on hardware (e.g. PC, switches, routers, servers & DC) and solutions (e.g. applications, storage, networks, virtualization)

  • Possess good knowledge and market intelligence in IT solutions

  • Proven sales revenue record with excellent account management skill

  • Excellent verbal (English, Cantonese) and written communication skills, fair mandarin.

  • Strong pitching and influential skill

  • Proficient PC skills

IT Sales Executive (B2B)

The Job:

  • Promote a wide range of IT products and solutions (Managed IT Services, Cloud Solutions, Network Security, Meeting Room Solutions and etc) to small and medium enterprises.

  • Follow up sale prospect generated by cross teammates

  • Identify business opportunities by new market penetration

  • Participate in sales & marketing events to establish social network

The Person:

  • Degree / Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines

  • Knowledge of basic IT products such as firewall, server, etc

  • Prior selling experience in telecommunication or IT related business is an advantage

  • Good communication skill and self-motivated

  • Fresh graduate with passion in developing career in Information Communication Technology industry will be considered

Technical Specialist

The Job:

  • Perform onsite network equipment installation, configuration and maintenance

  • Provide onsite services on virtual machine installation and maintenance

  • Understand scope of work and design overview handed over from presales

  • Prepare necessary documentation and report the progress regularly

  • Conduct regular health check and monitor performance of systems

The Person:

  • Certificate or above in Computer Science or equivalent

  • Holder of MCITP or CCNA certificate or equivalent is an advantage

  • 2+ years relevant working experience in IT related industries

  • Strong PC hardware & software, MS Windows, basic server & network knowledge

  • Familiar with switches, routers, firewall setup & maintenance and software solutions deployment

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Passionate and is a good team player

  • Willing to work outside office hours and provide standby support when required

  • Provide on-the-job training including product training & customer handling skills

Clerk (Service Administration)

The Job:

  • Responsible for the renewal and administration of service contracts

  • Handle customers' enquires

  • Update and maintain customers’ database

  • Compile monthly reports

  • Support ad hoc administrative projects and tasks

The Person:

  • DSE or above with at least 2 year of clerical experience

  • Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong sense of responsibility, well organized and a good team player

  • Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of written English and Chinese

  • Fresh graduated are also welcome
