Assistant Human Resources Manager – Policy and Compliance (Ref: RO-AHRM)

  • Review and update the HR policies and procedures in line with the latest market HR practice

  • Handle staff licensing issues and provide support on various compliance projects / audit work relating to HKMA, HKFI, MPFA and other relevant governmental and regulatory bodies

  • Assist in other HR duties such as conducting market salary survey, annual salary review, manpower statistics and ad-hoc projects etc.

  • Handle staff complaints in accordance with internal guidelines & regulatory requirements

  • Degree holder with minimum 5 years of experience in human resources / compliance functions in banking & finance industry

  • Good team player initiative with detail-minded

  • Familiar with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority’s Supervisory Policy Manual will be an added advantage

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office usage

  • Excellent communication skill in both English and Chinese


  • Assist in supervising the daily operations of the department

  • Ensure the operational procedures, Credit and AML policy are strictly followed

  • Perform documents checking according to ICC rules

  • Endorse and release accounting entries and documents of inward and outward bills

  • Provide guidance to subordinates in Trade Finance Department

  • Handle customers’ audit confirmation, enquiries and follow up irregular items

  • Matriculated or above with at least 7 years experience

  • Full knowledge in bills operations, ICC rules and other rules and regulations regulating the bills operation

Audit Manager / Assistant Audit Manager (Ref: RO-ADM)

  • Conduct business and operational audits, AML compliance checking, ad hoc assignments and prepare relevant reports

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of controls and risk management infrastructure / practices and develop recommendations

  • Ensure information security and internal operations meet with all regulatory requirements and industry guidelines / practices

  • Experience in financial reporting, compliance, information security, credit, and treasury is a definite advantage

  • University degree holder, qualified accountant preferred with minimum 3 to 5 years of audit experience in banking field

  • Strong analytical skills in identifying risks and control implications

Programmer (Ref: RO-P)

  • Responsible for system design, development and implementation

  • Contribute to application support and maintenance

  • Gather user requirements, prepare system documents including functional specification, system specification, etc

  • 1-2 year working experience preferably in banking and financial industry

  • Degree holder in computer studies or I.T. related disciplines with previous development experience in

    • VB6 / .NET, MS SQL Server   or;

    • JAVA/J2EE, JavaScript    or;

    • Android and IOS

General Clerk (PGA) (Ref: RO-PSC)

  • Handle incoming phone calls & email correspondences

  • Provide clerical support to administration and building services team

  • Prepare payment for various invoices and expenses report

  • Assist to manage and maintain records of fixed assets & document warehouse services

  • Assist in ad-hoc task as assigned by Supervisor

  • Maintain the filing system with proper handling

  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese

  • Hands-on experience in MS Office applications, in particular MS-Excel and MS-Word

  • Post-secondary education with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
