Deputy Manager – Trade Finance (Ref: RO-DMTF)

  • Assist in supervising the daily operations of the department

  • Ensure the operational procedures, Credit and AML policy are strictly followed

  • Perform documents checking according to ICC rules

  • Endorse and release accounting entries and documents of inward and outward bills

  • Provide guidance to subordinates in Trade Finance Department

  • Handle customers’ audit confirmation, enquiries and follow up irregular items

  • Matriculated or above with at least 7 years experience

  • Full knowledge in bills operations, ICC rules and other rules and regulations regulating the bills operation

Senior Analyst Programmer – Java (Ref: RO-SAP)

  • Responsible for full SDLC, including capturing user requirements, feasibility study, system design, development, UAT support, etc

  • Contribute to ongoing maintenance and production support

  • Candidate should be familiar with JAVA/J2EE, JavaScript, JQuery, Java multi-threading, WebSphere, MQ, AIX, XML and Oracle

  • Degree holder in Computer Studies or IT related discipline with at least 5 years’ solid experience in core-banking or financial industry

  • Self-motivated, Responsible, Mature, Good problem solving skill and able to work independently and under pressure

Clerk - Branch Administration (Ref: RO-SBAC)

  • Provide general administrative support and perform a variety of clerical duties

  • Prepare regular reports for senior management

  • Provide support to ad hoc projects when required

  • Secondary education level with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in banking industry

  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese

  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills

  • Able to work independently and under pressure

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)

Officer – Branch Administration (Ref: RO-SBAO)

  • Formulate and update operational policies and guidelines

  • Check and review relevant AML reports of Branches

  • Facilitate system enhancements to strengthen operational controls

  • Conduct User Acceptance Test for system enhancements

  • Handle Customer Service Hotline enquiries

  • Secondary education with minimum 1 year banking experience

  • Knowledge on banking system applications is an advantage

  • Effective writing skills in English and Chinese

  • Good knowledge in PC applications

Building Services Clerk (Ref: RO-PSC)

  • Handle incoming phone calls & email correspondences

  • Provide administrative support to building services team

  • Prepare payment for various invoices and expenses report

  • Assist to manage and maintain records of fixed assets & document warehouse services

  • Assist in ad-hoc task as assigned by Supervisor

  • Maintain the filing system with proper handling

  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese

  • Hands-on experience in MS Office applications, in particular MS-Excel and MS-Word

  • Post-secondary education with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
