RELATIONSHIP MANAGER / OFFICER, SME (REF: RO-RM)

  • Solicit and develop new SME, commercial and syndicated loan business and achieve assigned sales target

  • Enhance relationship with existing and new customers by offering them tailor-made products and services

  • Post-secondary education with minimum 3 years of relevant experience, experience in syndicated loan will be an added advantage

  • Good client connection with proven track record of success in credit marketing

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Relationship Officer

DEPUTY E-CHANNEL MANAGER (REF: RO-DMECM)

  • Explore and conduct research on business opportunity for e-channels

  • Liaise with vendors and related departments on e-channel projects

  • Conduct User Acceptance Test and implementation of projects

  • Be responsible for information security administration

  • Coordinate with departments for the business continuity plan

  • Streamline workflow and prepare proposal & procedural manual

  • Degree holder in Banking & Finance, e-Commerce, or IT engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience

  • Hands on experience in e-banking / e-commerce product development

TELECOMMUNICATIONS OFFICER (REF: RO-TELO)

  • Check outgoing telecommunications correspondences (e.g. CHATS and SWIFT, etc.)

  • Distribute and check incoming telecommunications correspondences (e.g. SWIFT, CHATS and FAX messages, etc.)

  • Answer telecommunications correspondences (e.g. CHATS, SWIFT and FAX enquiries, etc.) and follow up broadcast messages

  • Back up/move SWIFT data

  • Assist Test-key Section in handling correspondence related to authenticator key with the designated parties

  • Co-ordinate with HKICL / SWIFT Centre / Information Technology Department on upgrading / modification / maintenance of systems from time to time

  • Form 5 or above with at least 5 years experience in related banking field, of which minimum 3 years at officer level, who is able to supervise a team of a few staff

  • Good PC knowledge in related work and fast/accurate typing skills

DEPUTY MANAGER – TRADE FINANCE (REF: RO-DMTF)

  • Assist in supervising the daily operations of the department

  • Ensure the operational procedures, Credit and AML policy are strictly followed

  • Perform documents checking according to ICC rules

  • Endorse and release accounting entries and documents of inward and outward bills

  • Provide guidance to subordinates in Trade Finance Department

  • Handle customers’ audit confirmation, enquiries and follow up irregular items

  • Matriculated or above with at least 7 years experience

  • Full knowledge in bills operations, ICC rules and other rules and regulations regulating the bills operation

ASSISTANT MANAGER – MPF & BANCASSURANCE (REF: RO-MBAM)

  • Ensure the bank is in full compliance with MPF & Insurance regulation

  • Handle administrative and operational work between branches / marketing units and bank partners

  • Co-ordinate different marketing units with bank partners to set up programs for achieving business targets

  • Direct supervision of staff to support bank’s MPF & Insurance business and monitor the MPF & Insurance sales performance

  • Indirect supervision of insurance sales staff on life insurance sales performance

  • Degree holder with licensing qualifications of IIQE

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in MPF & Bancassurance

SYSTEM PROJECT MANAGER - EBANKING/ JAVA(REF: RO-PM)

  • Manage Project Life-Cycle, including project scheduling, resource allocation, coordination, feasibility study, system design, etc

  • Contribute to ongoing maintenance and production support

  • Knowledge and experience in eCommerce, Payment, Clearing system, Open API and FinTech are an advantage

  • Degree holder in computer studies or I.T. related discipline with at least 8 years’ solid experience in banking industry (of which as least 2 years in managerial level)

  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills

  • Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills, self-motivated, responsible, mature and able to work under pressure

BRANCH MANAGER (REF: RO-BM)

  • Oversee branch operations and develop business through proactive solicitation and relationship building with customers

  • Secondary education or above with minimum 5 years of relevant experience

  • Qualification of MPF, HKSI and IIQE preferred

Assistant Branch Manager (Ref: RO-ABM)

  • Oversee branch operations and lead a small team of officers and tellers to perform sales and customer services activities

  • Secondary education or above with minimum 5 years of relevant experience

  • Qualification of MPF, HKSI and IIQE preferred

SENIOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (REF: RO-CSO)

  • Promote and cross-sell retail banking products through proactive business solicitation and relationship building with customers

  • Provide quality and value-added services to the customers

  • Assist in daily branch operations and perform annual review on loan accounts

  • Maintain awareness of operational risks and adhere to relevant policies and guidelines

  • Secondary education or above with minimum 3 years of relevant experience

  • Qualification of HKSI, IIQE and MPF preferred

  • Perform cashier's duties to safe-keep cash and stock of monetary instruments

  • Handle customer enquiries on ATM/ card applications and inquiries from branches

  • Reconcile daily reports

  • Good team player and possess good communication skills and strong analytical mind

  • Assist to handle the daily operations of designated departments of the Bank

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Mathematic Statistics, Banking & Finance or related disciplines

  • Previous related working experience in data consolidation or analysis would be an advantage

  • Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn

  • Good spoken and writing skills in both English and Chinese

  • Perform credit evaluation and risk assessment on commercial and retail credit proposals and periodic reviews

  • Identify and assess credit risks and potential problems, and make recommendations for appropriate lending authority’s consideration and approval

  • Ensure efficient turnaround of credit processing

  • Degree holder with minimum 5 years of solid experience in commercial credit and risk management functions in banking industry

SENIOR CLERK (COLLECTION) (REF: RO-SC)

  • Prepare demand letters and monthly reports

  • Report delinquent records to TU/CIS

  • Monitor credit card accounts with limit excess & overdue report of consumer loan accounts

  • Conduct telephone call and trace outstanding payment for overdue accounts

  • Prepare loan restructuring proposal and evaluate the related credit risk

  • File proof of debt for bankruptcy accounts

  • Perform general clerical duties

  • Secondary education with minimum 2 years of experience in handling overdue / classified accounts

  • Good accounting knowledge

  • Strong negotiation skill and proficiency in PC applications

CREDIT ADMINISTRATION CLERK (REF: RO-CAC)

  • Prepare and review loan documents for commercial banking facilities

  • Liaise with marketing units to ensure proper and efficient operations of credit administration work

  • Secondary education with minimum 2 years of credit administration experience

  • Candidate with conveyancing experience in legal firm will also be considered

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese

  • Hands-on experience in MS Office applications

ACCOUNTING CLERK (REF: RO-AC)

  • Compile the Group’s general ledger operations and accounting assignments

  • Secondary education or above with LCCI qualification, preferably degree holder in Accounting

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience

  • Fast learner, good analytical and problem solving skills

  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese

  • Hands-on experience in MS Office applications, in particular MS-Excel and MS-Word

SENIOR ANALYST PROGRAMMER – JAVA/ VB. NET (REF: RO-SAP)

  • Responsible for full SDLC, including capturing user requirements, feasibility study, system design, development, UAT support, etc

  • Contribute to ongoing maintenance and production support

  • Candidate should be familiar with either set of the following skills:

  1. JAVA/J2EE, JavaScript, JQuery, Java multi-threading, WebSphere, MQ, AIX, XML and Oracle

  2. VB.NET , VB6, SQL Programming, script programming in Lotus Notes, Microsoft SQL server and Crystal Report

  • Degree holder in Computer Studies or IT related discipline with at least 5 years’ solid experience in core-banking or financial industry

  • Self-motivated, Responsible, Mature, Good problem solving skill and able to work independently and under pressure

ANALYST PROGRAMMER (JAVA) (REF: RO-AP)

  • Participate in system development, maintenance and implementation

  • Prepare and maintain system documentation

  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline

  • Solid experience in JAVA/J2EE and JavaScript programming

  • 2-3 year working experience or above preferably in banking or financial industry

SYSTEM SUPPORT SPECIALIST (AS400) (REF: RO-SSS)

  • Response for IBM AS400 administrator and MIMIX replication

  • Perform system diagnostic; system printing solution and ad-hoc support is required in emergency case (non-office hour)

  • Response for the support of system and database backup

  • Custom-made scripting and/or batch for the automation of system reboot and alert message

  • Test and apply latest Fix-pack

  • Perform end-user support including enquiry call handling, follow-up action, coordination, problem escalation and reporting

  • Regular review the system availability

  • Familiar in IBM Client Access or Personal communication

  • Holder of Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline

  • Knowledge on support HMC (Host Management Console), AIX/Unix, POWERHA, Microsoft SQL database, IBM DB2 and Oracle database will be an advantage

  • Knowledge to familiar and support on IBM MQ (Message Queue) and IBM OS/400 ODBC (Open Data Base Connection)

  • Knowledge and experience in Control Language Programming & Query Store Procedure in IBM (OS/400)

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technical understanding on the support of data-center operation, DR BCP and AS400 administration

  • Relevant working experience in technical support, problem solving & administration experience in IBM i (OS/400) and MIMIX administration

  • Relevant working experience to familiar the monitoring tool IBM Tivoli APM including custom-made/enhance scripting to interface with the systems for better monitoring

SHIFT LEADER / SENIOR COMPUTER OPERATOR / COMPUTER OPERATOR (REF: RO-CO)

  • Responsible for IT operations in data center including manage the printing process and respond to computer messages

  • Perform system job processing, data restore and backup, distribute reports, answer ad hoc queries etc

  • Willing to work on 3 shift rotation duties for supporting 24 hours operation

  • Secondary education with minimum 1 year of experience in computer operation, preferable in Microsoft Windows, IBM AS400 and AIX

  • Hands-on experience in backup tools
