  • 接聽及處理客戶之信用卡查詢及投訴
  • 處理客戶對信用卡交易紀錄之查詢
  • 處理及更新客戶資料
  • 協助市場部推廣及銷售信用卡產品


  • 中五 / DSE或以上程度
  • 具2-3年客戶服務熱線相關工作經驗,具信用卡經驗者可獲優先考慮
  • 具良好溝通技巧及誠懇有禮
  • 懂操作微軟辦公室軟件
  • 需輪班工作

Branch Customer Service Representative


  • Support daily branch operations
  • Perform the loan processing and administrative duties
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • Assist in payment transactions
  • Support sales and marketing in product promotion and customer acquisition


  • Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
  • At least 1 year working experience in customer services / telemarketing
  • Effective interpersonal skill in customer relationship with excellent telephone manner and service attitude
  • Fresh graduate will be also considered

Business Executive (業務銷售主任)


  • Explore neighborhood sales opportunities and establish local sales network to solicit personal loans & credit card business via direct selling to meet individual sales target
  • Take part in sales and promotion programs to acquire business opportunities and ensure satisfactory after-sales services
  • Handle and follow up customer’s enquiries on company products and services
  • Maintain and develop relationship with potential customers


  • Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
  • Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience in retail banking or consumer finance business, preferable in personal loan business
  • Sound knowledge of consumer finance products, including personal loan and credit card
  • Good command in both spoken and written English & Chinese
