In-store Visual Merchandiser
Carries out fitouts of store windows and interiors based on the defined time frame, implementing the guidelines received from the Visual Department at the Headquarters and ensuring their maintenance on a daily basis.
From time to time Carries out changes needed according to store merchandising, sales trend, market peculiarities, customer target and reference competitors, in compliance with the guidelines provided by the HQ Visual Merchandising Department.
Tightly cooperates with Headquarters’s Retail Merchandising for the implementation of fitouts fostering customer traffic and sales growth through the identification of appropriate outfits for the market, the customers and the season based on product in stock and always in compliance with the guidelines of the HQ Visual Merchandising Department.
Provides appropriate indications to the Store Manager and Category Department Manager so that they may contribute to the maintenance of the fitout of their own Departments inside the store.
Trains the entire staff on the basic of Visual Merchandising.
Promptly sends pictures of periodical fitouts and fitout changes to the Visual Department at the Headquarters based on requested timing in order to allow corrections and consequent fitout changes.
Liaises with the Headquarters’ Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising, to periodically provide information on implemented fitouts as well as sales feedbacks by product category, monitoring competitors and the local market in general.
Gives a feedback on the condition of store interiors, shop windows, display elements and objects; he keeps under control the daily maintenance of the visual items.
In charge of the visual props management and their eventual replenishment, returns or destruction.
Cooperates with the Communication & PR Function of the Headquarters to the implementation of In-Store Events and Press Presentations at the store.
Higher Diploma or above in Visual Merchandising, visual art or related disciplines;
2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in luxury fashion industry;
Good fashion sense;
Self-motivated, flexible, independent and mature;
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Retail Merchandising Assistant (Part time)
The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
Prepare report for weekly sales analysis
Prepare replenishment and transfers to and between stores
Update stock delivery situation, stock on hand situation, sales reports on a regular basis
Assist in preparing product training materials
Data entering for seasonal orders
Compile adhoc report and perform analysis
Provide administrative support and follow up ad hoc projects
Passion about fashion
University graduate preferably in Fashion related discipline, fresh graduate will also be considered
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent Excel skills and comfortable with numbers
Self-motivated, flexible, detail orientated and willing to learn
