CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT (顧客服務助理) (Ref. : PHL – CSASST) (5.5-Day work) (Salary:HK$12,000+)

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality customer services to shoppers as well as handling parking-related services. Shift duty is required.

Applicants should be Form 5 / DSE graduates or above with at least 1 year’s relevant experience. Pleasant, proactive, customer-oriented with good manners as well as conversant in Cantonese, English and Putonghua are essential. Fresh post-secondary graduates with some part-time experience in customer service field will also be considered
