Restaurant Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes guests in a friendly and pleasant manner

  • Responsible for guest enquiries, reservations, table arrangements and cloakroom needs

  • Responsible for the guest relations of the restaurant

  • Maintains the quality of menu and prepares necessary documents for the restaurant

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years’ working experience in the hospitality industry

  • Hands-on experience with MS Office is a must

  • Mature and confident, with excellent customer interaction skills

  • Fluent in spoken English and Chinese

Commis II - Verandah Kitchen 初级廚師 II - 露台餐廳

主要職責:

  • Prepares food in line with training received

  • 根據所收到的資料準備食物

  • Follows recipes and instructions

  • 遵循食譜和說明

  • Ensures proper handling, storage and usage of raw and cooked materials

  • 確保正確處理,儲存和使用生熟食物

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 years’ relevant experience, including training and/or internships

  • 至少1年的相關經驗,包括培訓和/或實習

  • Good command in Cantonese and English is required

  • 需要良好的粵語和英語口語

  • Polite, willing to learn, self-motivated and positive working attitude

  • 有禮貌,樂於學習,自我激勵和積極的工作態度

Commis (Kitchen/Pastry) 初级廚師 (西餐/餅房)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepares food in line with training received

  • Follows recipes and instructions

  • Ensures proper handling, storage and usage of raw and cooked materials

Job Requirements:

  • Secondary school or above, culinary diploma/certificate is an advantage

  • At least 1 years’ relevant experience, including training and/or internships

  • Fine dining experience is an essential requirement

  • Good command in Cantonese and English is required

  • Polite, willing to learn, self-motivated and positive working attitude

Room Attendant 房務員

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for guest room cleanliness according to hotel standards

  • Anticipate guest’s preferences and provide high-standard of guest services

  • Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors and pantries

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of using cleaning tools, and detergents and machinery

  • With relevant experience would be an advantage
