Quality Control Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building inspection for construction stage and handover stages;

  • Monitor defect rectification;

  • Assist in ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate or above in Building Inspection or related discipline;

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction or property management is preferable;

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office;

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant QC Inspector;

  • Fresh graduates will also be considered.

Technical Apprentice (技術學徒)

Requirements:

  • HKDSE or above;

  • Fresh graduate will also be considered;

  • Good working attitude with strong interest in career development in construction field;

  • Successful candidate will be arranged to join the Apprenticeship Training Scheme including day-time studying sponsored by employer;

  • Working location : Kai Tak East.

Assistant Quanlity Control & Assurance Manager

  • Degree in Quality Management or construction related disciplines;

  • IRCA ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Training;

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction industry.

Paralegal

  • The candidate will be responsible for assisting and providing support to the Legal Department (reporting to the General Counsel) in handling both non-contentious and contentious matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparation of court bundles and other document management tasks;

  • Draft and prepare correspondence and legal documents;

  • Research of legal issues and case law and / or examination of documentation and / or factual investigation;

  • Review tender documents and other contractual documents;

  • Review and update Company’s standard documents and agreements;

  • Assist in preparing briefs to external counsel and attending court to assist counsel;

  • Liaise with government enforcement agencies;

  • Translate documents into English and Chinese; and

  • Assist with general legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law from a university in Hong Kong or another common law jurisdiction;

  • Experience as paralegal in private practice or in-house in Hong Kong would be an advantage;

  • Strong initiative, organizational and problem solving skills;

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills;

  • Willingness to learn and adapt and ability to multi-task; and

  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Deputy Commercial Director / Senior Commercial Manager

  • To supervise the one of the QS teams to perform the full spectrum of QS functions and to handle all contractual related issues;

  • Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;

  • MHKIS / MRICS;

  • Minimum 20 years proven experience in QS works in civil projects with main contractors, of which at least 5 years in managerial level;

  • Good business acumen, communication, presentation & negotiation skills; fluency in both written & spoken English a must;

Contractor Safety Manager (Work in Airport Area)

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in construction engineering or related disciplines;

  • Registered Safety Officer & Auditor is a must;

  • At least 12 years of site experience in large-scale Civil Projects;

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Building Services Inspector (12-month Contract)

  • Certificate / Diploma or above in Building Services or equivalent;

  • 4 years relevant role for developer preferable including hotel project;

  • Main duties : inspection of the workmanship and quality of E&M works.
