We are looking for high caliber professional for the following position:

Senior Human Resources & Training Officer / Assistant Human Resources & Training Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to coordinate with internal/ external partners to develop training programs that meet needs and organize training materials

  • Deliver, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

  • Analyze and identify the staff training and development needs

  • Assist in formulate the training strategies, annual training plan and budget

  • Responsible for recruitment

  • Handle employee relations functions

  • Ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HRM or related discipline

  • At least 4 years relevant experience in delivering training program, proven  exposure in the hospitality industry will be an advantage

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Mature, energetic, self-motivated and creative

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese,

  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing

  • Immediate available is preferred

  • More experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources & Training Manager

Assistant Front Desk Supervisor / Front Desk Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Certificate / Higher Diploma in hospitality or related disciplines

  • Minimum 3 years Front Office operation experience

  • Knowledge of Opera system is preferable

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

  • More experience will be considered as Front Desk Supervisor

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Front Desk Clerk

  • Immediate available is preferable

Senior Front Desk Clerk/ Front Desk Clerk

Requirements: 

  •  Form 6 / Certificate / Diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines

  •  1.5 year front desk experience is preferable

  •  Familiar with Opera system will be advantageous

  •  Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  •  Fresh graduates or less experience will be considered as Front Desk Clerk

  •  Candidate who has more experience may be considered as Asst. Front Desk Supervisor

  •  Immediate available is preferable
