Telephone Services Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

  • Provide efficient telephone service and project good image for the Hotel and its guests by supervising closely the efficient operation of the telephone system, PA system, movie system, call accounting system, voicemail system and internet system

  • Monitor the courtesy of subordinates and resolving guests’ complaints effectively

  • To acquire, through training provided, a complete knowledge of all policies as set by the hotel that relate specifically to the Switchboard

  • Create clear and effective relationships between superiors and subordinates; maintain effective communication with other departments

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with 5 years relevant working experience

  • Knowledge in operating telephone switchboard

  • Knowledge of proper procedures in operating PA system, call accounting system, voicemail system and internet connection

  • Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

  • Excellent customer services and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive, detail-minded with pleasant personality

Demi Chef / 1st Commis

Job Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate and participate in all food & beverage activities

  • Producing and preparing food products at the assigned hotel's outlets and events

  • Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate with hotel experiences would be an advantage

  • From 5 / DSE or above in Hospitality or relevant disciplines

  • Good command in Chinese and English

Telephone Services Agent

Job Descriptions:

  • Provide efficient telephone services of the hotel by operating telephone switchboard

  • Ensure all guest enquiries and requests are attended to in a helpful, professional yet warm and friendly manner

  • Communicate and handle department orders and pass on to follow through the job dispatch system

  • Update external and internal information of the Hotel

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with 1 year relevant working experience

  • Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

  • Excellent customer services and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive, detail-minded with pleasant personality

Assistant Loyalty Services Manager

Job Descriptions:

  • Assist Loyalty Services Manager in all aspects of Le Club Program and will act as the champion of the Hotel

  • Greet Le Club Member & VIP guests personally

  • Handle guests complaints and refer them as necessary, follow up on corrective actions

  • Responsible for in house recognition program and any other loyalty based initiatives

  • Monitor guests relations' personnel to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival or departures

  • Organize training in regards to Le Club Program for the team and make sure important updates on the program gets disseminated properly and accurately for the Hotel

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years experiences in hotel / guest services with knowledge in Accor Loyalty program is preferred

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with complaint handling skills

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese 

Captain / Team Leader (Ebb & Flow / Playt / Skye)

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Food and Beverage Operations 

  • Higher Diploma in related discipline

  • Good command of English and Chinese

Waiter / Waitress

  • Min. 1 year's F&B service experience

  • Good command of English and Chinese

  • Applicants with more experience may be considered as Senior Waiter/Waitress.
