本公司為名牌手袋皮鞋專門店, 為配合業務擴充發展, 現誠聘下列職位 :

Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan and manage roadshow, event and shop activities

  • Provide solution and strategy to improve traffic, consumer experience and sales in shops

  • Make solution and execution plan to improve more touch & feel base activities

  • Manage budget and improve operation efficiency

  • Co-operate with channels for marketing activities

  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers

  • Analyze the event / roadshow effectiveness and prepare reports for management review

Requirements:

  • University graduate or above

  • Well-organized and self-motivated

  • 2-4 years relevant working experience in retail/fashion industry will be an advantage

  • Strong at event/ roadshow management, new partner collaboration & retail operation

  • Good command of MS office especially Excel, with knowledge of POS / Oracle / RMS is an advantage

  • Proactive, self-driven and equipped with excellent communication, problem solving and relationship building skills

  • Positive attitude with self-initiatives and excellent work ethics

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in development for overseas / local suppliers / Wholesales

  • Handle all tenancy matters, Liaise and coordinate, Develop close relationships with key landlords

  • Stay on top of market trends and to work closely with the Marketing and Promotion teams in enhancement works

  • Plan and schedule project activities and support resources

  • Coordinate and monitor progress on a daily basis and set deadlines for tasks

  • Secure on-time delivery and pro-actively communicate between stakeholders

  • Major in fit out for chain stores

  • Assist to Coordinate all plan to all parties

Requirement:

  • High Diploma or University Degree

  • Minimum 2-5 years' project management experience (including budgeting and vendor management) with strong knowledge and deployment

  • In-depth knowledge in contractual procedures, skill in project cost and budgetary control

  • Independent, strong coordination and interpersonal skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skill, proficiency in written and spoken English

  • Preference will be given to those whose background in retail industry

  • Immediate availability is preferable

Account Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts including the preparation of vouchers, accounting schedules, bank reconciliation, and various account reports

  • Analyze data and cost elements and other ad hoc assignments

  • Assist the external auditor on annual audit & taxation matters

  • Update daily banks outflow and inflow records

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in accountancy / HKAAT student member or equivalent

  • Strong experience in handling the full set of management account, at least 2 years at supervisory level

  • Proficiency in MS Excel & Word, familiar with accounting systems, such as Quick Book

  • Responsible, independent, accurate and be able to work under pressure

  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Senior Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Develop promotion strategies needed to achieve sales targets

  • Manage budget and improve operation efficiency

  • Social platforms management and content creation

  • Organize and Implement various marketing events and campaigns

  • Prepare marketing materials, such as POPs, Ads, price list…etc.

  • Analyze the event / roadshow effectiveness and prepare reports for management review

  • Liaise with related parties (shop staff/agencies/KOLs…etc.) in conducting the assigned duties

Requirements:

  • University graduate or above

  • Well-organized and self-motivated

  • 1-2 years relevant working experience in retail/fashion industry will be an advantage

  • Good command of MS office especially Excel, with knowledge of POS/Oracle/RMS is an advantage

  • Good writing skills

  • Good command of English & Chinese with strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Candidate will less experience will be considered as Sales & Marketing Assistant

Retail Operation Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing team

  • POS maintenance and data management 

  • Prepare reports for management

  • Update and maintain retail operations policy and procedure manual for stores

  • Liaise with office and stores

  • Coordinate regular stock take in shops

  • Participate in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above

  • Experience in retail/fashion industry will be an advantage

  • Fresh graduates will also be considered

  • Good command of MS office especially Excel, with knowledge of POS/Oracle/RMS is an advantage

  • Good command of English & Chinese with strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Candidate will less experience will be considered as Retail Operation Assistant

Supervisor / Senior Sales / Sales Associate / PT Sales Associate

  • 良好溝通技巧及顧客服務態度

  • 工作積極主動

  • 能獨立處理店鋪運作

  • 具零售或百貨公司專櫃經驗者優先考慮

  • 操流利廣東話
