Assistant Reservations Manager / Reservations Team Leader

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Reservations Manager in the supervision and control of the operation procedures of the Reservations Department

  • Ensure all reservations bookings are input accurately according to room availability, correct rate and market situation

  • Maximize the revenue and occupancy of the hotel

  • Provide training to teammates in handling all incoming calls/emails and customers’ requests in a courteous and efficient manner

 Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma holders in hospitality or relevant discipline

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in hotel reservations in which 2 years in the supervisory level

  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadline

  • Be a proactive, friendly, and cooperative team player with good communications skills

  • Proficient in computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PMS Opera)

  • Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Reservations Team Leader

Front Desk Service Associate

Responsibilities:

  • To support and assist all aspects of front desk operations

  • To provide courteous and professional service for all guests

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or equivalent

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is preferred

  • 1 year's relevant experience in guest services or front desk

  • Excellent interpersonal and custom-oriented

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)

Reservations Service Associate

Responsibilities:

  • To update reservations records and compile statistics report

  • To ensure the accuracy of the data and monitor the database of Opera system

  • To co-ordinate with different internal and external parties for the incoming and outing reservations records

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or equivalent

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is preferred

  • Cheerful personality with good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)

  • Immediate available is preferable
