Company Secretarial Manager

Job Highlights:

  • Discharge daily company secretary functions

  • Responding on SFC enquiries & regulatory reports

  • Professional membership in HKICS/ICSA

Job Description:

  • Assist Head of Legal & Company Secretary to discharge daily company secretary functions (including maintaining statutory records and preparation of minutes);

  • Ensure relevant forms are submitted within the stipulated deadlines;

  • Responding to enquires on SFC and other regulatory reporting requirements; and

  • Building, managing and enhancing internal control system to ensure due compliance with local rules, regulations, guidelines and internal policies; and

  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Professional membership in HKICS/ICSA and degree holder in related disciplines;

  • Well familiar with Companies Ordinance and other relevant regulations;

  • Prior company secretarial experience in Hong Kong, preferably in listed companies or banks;

  • Strong language ability in English and Chinese; accurate Chinese and English typing and audiotyping experience is an added advantage;

  • Self-starter, able to work under pressure & multi-task; and adhere to deadlines; and

  • Immediate availability is preferred.

  • Candidates with legal training / experience will be considered and remunerated additionally as legal officer.

Associate / Senior Associate, Marketing

Job:

  • To develop and strengthen customer base with relationship building

  • To handle inbound calls and promote financial services to customers

  • To assist to launch various promotional programs and marketing events

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related discipline

  • At least 1 year relevant experience with marketing or digitalization or e-commerce in banking/finance industry

  • High integrity and initiative, meticulous, strong achievement drive and able to work independently

  • Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal, team work and analytical skills

  • Good command of English and Chinese and Putonghua is an advantage

  • Proficiency in MS Office application

  • Fresh graduate will be considered if academic background is outstanding

Senior Associate, Credit Control

Job:

  • Perform debit collection activities

  • Conduct collateral inspection and prepare reports for management review

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related discipline

  • At least 5 years’ experience in financial industry with 3 years’ banking experience in credit control area

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge in banking regulations and compliance would be definite advantage

  • Mature, pleasant, discreet, organized, meticulous and good team player

  • Good command in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua

  • Travel to PRC is required

Senior Associate, Accounting

Job:

  • Prepare and compile financial forecast, management reports, budget and presentation materials.

  • Participate in acquisition projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or related discipline

  • With at least 3 years relevant experience preferably in banking or financial institutions

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • High integrity and initiative, good team-player, meticulous and able to work independently

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in MS Office application, strong in Excel is preferable

  • Hands-on experience in SUN accounting system is an advantage

Assistant Account Manager / Account Manager, Professional Finance

Job:

  • To solicit business opportunities in respect of mortgage

  • Generate referral opportunities from property agencies, solicitor firms and other viable sources

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related discipline

  • Min. 4 years relevant experience, working as Marketing/Customer services post in Mortgage sector in banking/ property agency/ property developer preferable with proven success in mortgage sales. Familiar with mortgage procedures, documentation and underwriting guidelines are also preferable

  • Knowledge in financial statement interpretation and credit analysis

  • Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

  • Possess good network of potential alliances such as property agents or solicitor firms

  • High integrity and initiative, meticulous, strong achievement drive and able to work independently

  • Excellent of both spoken and written English, Chinese, Japanese and Mandarin

  • Proficiency in MS Office application

  • Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Assistant Account Manager

Associate, Business Operations

Job:

  • To provide data entry, general clerical, customer servicing and administrative support for the loan operations team

  • To assist in handling loan processing, documentation and account settlement

 Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with 5 subjects pass in HKCEE/HKDSE

  • With at least 1 year working experiences in banking industry is preferable

  • Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Handle data input accurately, high initiative and able to meet tight time schedule

  • High integrity and initiative, meticulous and able to work independently

  • Proficiency in MS Office application
