  • University graduate in Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • Experienced in banking, payment industry or online and mobile services
  • At least 10 years' experience in digital payment product management, in particular in developing digital payment solutions for business users, preferably in global companies with overseas market perspectives
  • Solid project management skills and experience in defining user requirements with customer insights
  • Proven ability to collaborate successfully with different functions to drive results
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills; proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong business acumen with strategic and analytical mind

  • assisting the manager in monitoring performance and productivity of call centre and external service providers to meet service standards
  • handling complaints with detailed investigation and/or studying investigation findings, and offering solution to customers
  • identifying root causes and improvement area from the complaints and customers’ feedback in order to provide better customer service to the customers
  • preparing written and verbal responses for complaints and enquiries to customers, government and regulatory bodies
  • answering calls and/or replying cases escalated from call centre to resolve customers’ disputes and complaints with a positive attitude
  • preparing management and statistical reports on customer calls handling and trend analysis
  • assisting in the implementation of system enhancement and project implementation for call centre

  • University graduate with minimum 5 years customer service / call centre operations / complaint handling experience position and preferably gained from banking industry
  • Experience in operation and sales support functions in large corporation
  • Experience in handling payment related products and services
  • Knowledge in debit/credit card processing is an advantage
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good planning and organizing skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, strong leadership and patient

  • developing strategies and providing directions on how to enhance processes across the company to ensure that all information assets and technologies in the Octopus system are well protected
  • developing, implementing and maintaining processes in the company to reduce IT risks
  • designing and updating security policies, standards and procedures in a timely manner
  • establishing and implementing a risk management framework to identify, manage and mitigate IT and security risks
  • monitoring security threats and trends locally and internationally
  • developing and implementing disaster recovery plans to ensure high availability of Octopus service to all stakeholders
  • overseeing technical incident response planning and security breach investigations
  • supervising a team of 13 in Hong Kong

  • University Degree in Electronic Engineering, Information Systems Management, Computer Science or equivalent, a master degree preferred
  • Minimum 12 years’ experience with at least 5 years working in the information security section of banks or financial institutions
  • Familiar with security standards and possess the expertise to understand the technical and business environment of the financial industry as well as experience with business continuity, disaster recovery, risk management, vulnerability assessment and incident management
  • Certified in CISSP and CISM are ideal
  • Smartcard and payment systems experience are highly desired
  • Experience of contract/vendor negotiations and handling of cyber security preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience of working with top management is essential
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager, Information Security

  • performing data entry work and verification for fare table processing
  • preparing sales order, account setup, merchant claims and monthly summary reports
  • handling customer enquiries on claims, account setup and/or maintenance
  • providing general clerical and administrative support to the team
  • preparing and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases
  • performing occasional outdoor work when required
  • working in either headquarter in Kowloon Bay or office premises in Tsuen Wan

A right fit for your portfolio?

  • HKCEE/HKDSE with 5 subjects passed (Grade E/Level 2) including English, Chinese and Mathematics
  • Minimum 2 years of clerical experience
  • Knowledge of system enhancement requirement analysis and testing cases preparation is preferred
  • Familiar with MS Office applications
  • Accurate and fast English and Chinese typing speed not less than 35 wpm
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good numerical sense and able to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service awareness
  • Possess logical and analytical skills

  • conducting performance reliability tests for octopus devices and systems
  • conducting internal and external tests for ensuring software quality

  • Undergraduate students in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
  • Sound knowledge of software development methodology is an advantage
  • Experience in commercial software development is an advantage
  • Good team player with strong communication skills
