Key Account Manager, FMCG

The job holder will be mainly responsible for achieving our client satisfaction by ensuring accurate and timely delivery of consumer insight reports to our clients and presenting value-added findings and recommendations in relation to marketing information.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive client satisfaction among existing client base of Nielsen, by spearheading the business insights capability.

  • Build capability on business analysis and client presentation skills via daily coaching and training for the immediate team and extended stakeholders including development of training modules as needed.

  • Drive thought leadership via development and delivery of industry trends reviews and presentation for the clients.

  • Develop systems and processes to elevate the level of insight generation in the team via timely handling of client and other stakeholder feedback.

  • Handle a portfolio of clients for managing daily client servicing needs from Nielsen and further drive the relationship with them.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University graduate with around 5 years of trade marketing, brand/ product/ category marketing or merchandising experience in FMCG or Retail Industry

  • Customer loyalty management experience will be an asset but not a must

  • Customer focused with excellent people and project management skills

  • Strong analytical and presentation skill with good numerical sense

  • Sharp business acumen and strive for excellence

  • Good verbal and written English and Cantonese

Senior Executive, Field Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise a team of recruiter to recruit and engage with panel members

  • Manage and respond to panel member enquiries

  • Manage the panel compliance and stability in order to achieve high data quality

  • Update and maintain an up-to-date database of panel members and generate timely panel statistics and reports

  • Regularly consolidate and review KPIs to ensure high operation efficiency and effectiveness

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to support business growth Deep-dive into any operation issue and drive the resolution

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor in Marketing, Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent disciplines

  • 3-5 years working experience in a related field, preferably with knowledge and experience of running a panel for research purpose

  • Excellent interpersonal skills Effective at communicating with external and internal departments on data logic, processes and procedures

  • Solid problem solving skills, able to perform in depth root cause analysis and drive towards appropriate long term resolutions

  • Strong numeric sense and detail-minded

  • Self-motivated, can work independently but also a good team player PC skills with programming knowledge/ experience

  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese/Mandarin

  • Five working days across Mondays to Saturdays

  • Candidates of less experience may be considered for Analyst

項目助理 (品質部) (月薪HK$11,000-$14,000 , 視乎相關行政工作經驗)

工作內容:

  • 協助部門督導在指定時間內完成項目工作, 以確保訪問員按照正確指引進行訪問以及確保資料準確:

  • 一半時間在公司內進行行政工作以及聽錄音覆查  

  • 一半時間需户外工作,於機場和各離境口岸進行實時覆查 一星期五天工作, 每天八小時, 輪休, 可彈性選擇時間

要求:

  • 懂流利廣東話,良好普通話及英文溝通技巧

  • F.5 或以上程度(文憑/副學士/學士畢業生會優先考慮)

  • 禮貌、誠實及良好溝通能力

  • 良好理解能力及邏輯思考

  • 無需經驗 (若有相關經驗者,如市場調查、客戶服務等會優先考慮)

  • 即時上班會優先考慮
