户外訪問員-零售普查

工作性質:

  • 以面對面形式與零售商戶進行訪問,透過觀察與問卷形式搜集有關產品處理,商鋪面積,貨品售價,營業時間等資料以進行分析。(純為問卷研究普查,內容不涉及任何銷售成份)
  • 每週工作五天,當中四天為户外工作

要求:

  • 需在戶外不同地區做訪問,必需非常守時
  • 有禮貌、誠實、良好溝通及應變能力
  • 有相關工作經驗如市場調查, 客戶服務等優先考慮
  • 簡單電腦運用,懂中文打字
  • 能閱讀中文及須操流利廣東話,並略懂普通話或英語
     

零售資料搜集員

工作性質:

  • 根據指示及標準,準確而有效率地在指定店舖進行零售價格搜集及核數工作
  • 處理基本文書工作
  • 協助督導監察項目進度
  • 協助檢查數據,確保數據完整及準確

要求:

  • 中六程度以上
  • 最少1年工作經驗/ 歡迎應屆畢業生
  • 良好規劃組織能力、處事認真及細心、思想正面
  • 具快銷產品/ 零售市場工作經驗者優先考慮
  • 懂基本電腦應用, 包括中英文、打字及MS Excel
  • 良好中英文溝通
  • 五天工作
     

遊客資料搜集員

(全職平均月薪可達HK$15,500-$17,500 / 兼職平均時薪可達HK$75-$85)

工作:

  • 以面對面形式與不同國籍的離港旅客進行簡單問卷調查
  • 主要在機場及各個離境口岸(包括港澳碼頭、紅磡、羅湖、落馬洲、深圳灣等)工作
  • 薪金按問卷完成數量計算,多勞多得
  • 全職資料搜集員:一星期五天工作(包括星期六及日)
  • 兼職資料搜集員:一星期最少三天工作(包括星期六及日)
  • 工作時段主要分為08:30-17:30 及13:30-22:30 ,彈性選擇輪班時間
  • 每天工作8小時及1小時用膳休息時間


要求:

  • 香港永久居民
  • 良好普通話及英文溝通技巧
  • 勤奮、禮貌及誠實
  • 良好理解能力及邏輯思考
  • 年齡不拘,歡迎學生及退休人仕
  • 如能操良好日語或韓語,經評核合格後,每月另加最少$2,000外文資助

MANAGER (PROJECT SUPERVISION TEAM, CONSUMER INSIGHTS AND INNOVATION OPERATIONS)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for timely and successful delivery of projects through strong project management, to ensure client deliverables are consistent with business strategy.
  • Collaborate with different parties to negotiate on various project aspects such as project quality, timeline and budgets
  • In charge of the implementation of business measurement, operational guideline or strategies, and support management reporting through coordination and communication between business unites
  • Contribute to the development of standard process flows and procedures
  • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with other teams

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree holder of any disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ work experience in project management, preferable in market research industry
  • Candidates with less experience will considered to be Assistant Manager
  • Knowledge/experience in change management is an advantage but not necessary
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin
  • Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and logical sense and detail-minded
  • Flexible, self-motivated and change embracer
     

SPECIALIST (PROJECT SUPERVISION TEAM, CI&I OPERATIONS)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with different parties to negotiate on various project aspects such as project quality and timeline
  • Handle project coordination independently
  • Monitor the schedule
  • Perform quality check
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Good communications and project management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, detail-oriented and logical sense
  • Able to work independently, under pressure and handling multiple projects with tight schedule
  • Good PC skills with strong in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
  • Knowledge/experience in programming is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken), Mandarin is a plus

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Coordinator and with more experience will be considered as Senior Specialist. 
 

SPECIALIST (CONSUMER INSIGHTS & INNOVATION OPERATIONS)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate daily activities for mystery shopper program, telephone interview, outdoor interview
  • Schedule interview roster, allocate resources and materials
  • Monitor interviewers’ performance and provide training
  • Ensure high quality and accuracy
  • Meet project deadline
  • Work with internal teams for project requirements
  • Regular meeting with client servicing team

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Working experience in coordination and project management. Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Diploma holder or above
  • Sociable, open minded, out-going & energetic
  • Proactive, fast learner and have a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good project management skills
  • Good English and Chinese speaking and writing
