Services Operations Supervisor – Guest Relations (Ref: 190492)


Reporting to the Services Operations Manager, your major responsibilities include:

  • Lead the daily operations of the Guest Relations team

  • Maintain high service quality of Call Centre and Live Broadcasting

  • Handle enquiries and resolve complaints via various channels

  • Enhance guest service skills and product knowledge of staff

  • Provide training for front-line staff as necessary

  • Prepare monthly reports and handle any ad hoc projects as required


  • Higher diploma or above in hospitality or related disciplines

  • At least 4 years’ relevant working experience with minimum 2 years’ experience in supervisory level, preferably experience in Call Centre or tourism attraction

  • Highly proficient in written English and Chinese is an advantage

  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is preferable

  • Detail-oriented with good organizing and analytical skills

  • Able to work independently and work with different levels of people

  • High level of computer skills in MS Office

Assistant Trade Marketing Officer (Ref : 190489)


  • Provide the daily indoor sales operations to the team

  • Assist in developing the travel trade marketing materials and content; monitoring the content and customer feedbacks on different OTAs and social media platforms

  • Coordinate with designers and production house in different digital marketing initiatives at WeChat and Tmall

  • Perform any ad hoc duties as required by the supervisors


  • Tertiary education in Business, Information System, Computer Science, Statistics or related discipline

  • At least 2 years’ related experience in information system management and sales administration

  • Knowledge of ticketing system and Tableau programming will be an advantage

Administrative Assistant (Human Resources & Corporate Services)(Ref No: 190496)

As one of the members under the Corporate Services Team, you are required to provide a full spectrum of administrative support for the Human Resources & Corporate Services Department and handle office administrative duties such as receptionist duties.


  • Provide all-rounded administrative support to the Human Resources & Corporate Services Department, including assisting in staffing matters such as interview scheduling, administrating written tests, attending job fairs, and administration of staff benefits, staff welfare, medical claims and training

  • Support general receptionist duties on a roster basis, such as operation of telephone system, greeting visitors, booking for meeting room, dealing with courier and mailing issues

  • Tertiary qualification or above

To support the Assistant Buying Manager, this caliber need to:                  

  • Administrate the merchandise procurement formalities, including but not limited to processing vendor’s contracts;  purchase orders and purchases requests

  • Ensure the accuracy in the buying system, including costs data and retail prices, and monitor the expiry dates of the vendor’s contracts

  • Submit monthly consignment reports and coordinate the stock check with the consignment vendors on regular basis
