Assistant Retail Financing Manager

Responsibilities:

Solicit business opportunities by promoting retail financing products to the mass-market customers and conducting outreach sales activities actively. Handle customer enquiries and retail credit applications in a professional and compliance manner. Make referrals if necessary in order to achieve the business sales targets of the bank. Identify and fulfil customers’ needs, drive initiatives for continuous enhancement on the service level of the bank to ensure quality and professional services are provided. 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 1 year relevant banking experience;

  • Sales and customer-oriented, outgoing, energetic with high flexibility;

  • Proactive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Passed in LE 1, 7, 8 or equivalent and IIQE (Paper 1, 2, 3 & 5) Intermediaries Examination is a must;

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.

Assistant Personal Banking Manager

Responsibilities:

Solicit business opportunities by providing quality services and promoting retail banking products to the mass-market customers and make referral if necessary in order to achieve the business sales targets of the bank. Identify and fulfil customers’ needs, drive initiatives for continuous enhancement on the service level of the bank to ensure quality and professional services are provided.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 1 year relevant banking experience;

  • Passed in LE 1, 7, 8 or equivalent, IIQE (Paper 1, 2, 3 & 5) and MPF Intermediaries Examination will be an advantage;

  • Extensive knowledge and exposure in various retail banking products;

  • High initiative team player, sales and customer-oriented with good communication skills;

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable.

Customer Relationship Manager, Wealth Management

Responsibilities:

Establish and strengthen the relationships with high net worth customers, identify and fulfil their investment needs by providing thorough financial analysis. Initiate and implement strategies to promote a full range of retail banking products through a proactive and professional approach in achieving the business sales targets of the bank.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 3 years sales experience in consumer banking field; or non-degree holder with at least 6 years consumer banking experience;

  • Passed in LE 1, 7, 8 or equivalent, IIQE (Paper 1, 2, 3 & 5) and MPF Intermediaries Examination is a must; holder of CFPCM or CFMP qualifications will be an advantage;

  • Sound knowledge towards investment market and various banking products;

  • Sales and customer-oriented with good communication skills;

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable.

Assistant Investment Services Manager (Ref: ND8008-00-RC)

Promote banking products & services through outbound calls. Assist in the execution of various investment / securities transactions and handling enquiry calls.

Requirements:

  • HKCEE/HKDSE with at least 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above including Chinese, English and Mathematics;

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in sales or telemarketing in banking and insurance industry;

  • Excellent communication and telemarketing skills;

  • Self-motivated and hardworking, able to achieve aggressive sales target;

  • Passed in LE 1, 7, 8 is preferable;

  • Fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua.

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Investment Services Manager.

Assistant Facility Officer (Ref: AFO-00-RC)

Plans, coordinates and monitors the delivery and execution of maintenance program of the Bank’s properties and branches. Monitors performance of security guards and contractors, liaises with both internal and external parties to ensure a safe and secure working environment is provided.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Facilities Management, Engineering or Property Services;

  • At least 3 years relevant working experience, in commercial facility or property management;

  • With Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A) qualification is a must;

  • Knowledge in repair and maintenance, health and safety, tendering , move and change management;

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
