We are a leading Japanese electronic components company and we invite applicant for the following post (5-day week):

Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder with 2-3 years experience in customer services

  • Good command in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Japanese language will be an advantage

  • Good communication and organization skills

  • Proficient in PC Application

  • Independent, self-motivated, willing to learn and cope with fast-pace working culture

  • Able to work overtime and under pressure

  • Immediate available preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and co-ordinate various customer accounts. Include handling customer’s order, inventory control, following outstanding payment from customers.

  • Communicate with sales, factory and direct customers to ensure the smooth of customer accounts.

  • Support daily sales activities in CS mindset

  • Occasional day trip to PRC factory or customer is needed.
