We are currently recruiting:  
 

TRAIN CAPTAIN-LIGHT RAIL (REF: M18423)

You will perform pre-service check to ensure the system and equipment function properly before operating the Light Rail Vehicle on running line.  You will operate a Light Rail Vehicle in accordance with the timetables or special schedules in conformance to rules and procedures. You will also act as the train-in-charge and coordinate with the Operations Control Centre to handle train defects or incidents to ensure safe and efficient train operations and provide high quality customer service. You will wear uniform and perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours.

You should have Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE with at least 1 year's experience, preferably gained in customer service industry. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is required (Putonghua or other language ability is an advantage). Customer-centric mindset with effective and empathetic communication skills are required. Possession of a valid Hong Kong driving licence (class 1) is mandatory.
 

COMMERCIAL OFFICER I (REF: C18037)

You will work closely with the media sales agencies to operate digital advertising businesses in MTR stations. You will assist in monitoring the sales performance and coordinate with the agencies and internal departments to develop and launch sales packages and advertising campaigns. You will support in delivering projects for the revamp and installation of new digital advertising facilities in MTR stations, liaise with relevant parties to define requirements of advertising facilities according to the latest market trends and technology developments. You will also oversee the project implementation from installation to operation and maintenance to ensure quality, performance and compliance with operational and safety standards.

You should have a Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Communications with at least 3 years' relevant experience in marketing, business development or media. You should be meticulous and self-motivated. Strong interpersonal, analytical and organisation skills as well as good command of communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese are essential.


PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (REF: C18033) (HK$54 / PER HOUR)

You will provide administrative support to the team including issue of purchase orders via internal system, follow-through on the required endorsement procedures, payment handling and other administrative duties as assigned.

You should have completed HKCEE / HKDSE with experience in secretarial / administrative services.  General command of written English and Chinese is required.  You should be meticulous, independent and with good communication skill.  Hands-on experience in software applications such as word processing (both English and Chinese) and Excel is required. 

Remark:

  • Working Hours: 3 hours either in AM or PM session from Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays)
  • Employment Terms: 6-month temporary contract terms, subject to renewal as necessary
  • Working Location: MTR Headquarters Building, Telford Plaza, Kowloon
