We are currently recruiting:

Systems Manager (Workplace and Corporate IT Services) (Ref: 190000DZ)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of workplace and corporate IT services including IT Service Desk, end-user support, PC management, email, messaging, Audio / Video Conferencing, SharePoint, Active Directory and virtual desktop infrastructure, as well as mobility management

  • Supervise a team to ensure smooth daily operations, planning and implementation of service provisions as well as new improvement initiatives 

  • Manage outsourced contractors for effective delivery of IT support services

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems or a related discipline

  • A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at managerial / supervisory level

  • Prior experience in dealing with senior management is an advantage

  • Sound knowledge of office automation systems and Office 365

  • Strong people management and communication skills in English, Chinese and Putonghua 

  • Customer-centric mindset, attention to detail with ability to work under pressure

Remarks:

  • Candidates with lower qualification but extensive experience will also be considered

Marketing Supervisor (Merchandising) (190000EA)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the MTR merchandise and souvenirs in respect of sales performance monitoring, product development and procurement, inventory control, distribution logistics and the associated financial matters

  • Support the compilation and distribution of publicity materials

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, suppliers and test laboratories for executing sales promotion as well as handling enquiries and complaints

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or a related discipline

  • A minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience

  • A team player with ability to work in an independent and organised manner

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Assistant Stores Supervisor (Ref: 19000085)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day warehousing operations in different logistics and distribution centres located in Hong Kong  to support  maintenance activities

  • Maintain systems for an effective asset management

  • Assist in supervising storekeepers for daily operations

  • Act as shift-in-charge when necessary

Requirements:

  • Certificate in Supply Chain Management / Logistics and Transport or a related discipline

  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experiences, of which 2 years should be with hands-on experience in operating forklift truck and driving light goods vehicle

  • Be conversant with modern warehouse management technique

  • Good command of both written and spoken English

  • Possession of a valid Hong Kong driving licence classes 1, 2

Remarks:

Required to wear uniform and perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours

Assistant Technical Manager-Property (Ref: 180000IS)

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out maintenance, alteration, refurbishment and enhancement works on building fabric, gondola system and plumbing / drainage facilities in the properties owned or managed by the Corporation

  • Monitor term workers / contractors, carry out site inspection and contract administration which includes undertaking design tasks, preparing tender documents and drawings

  • Liaise with property managers / owners’ representatives and deal with various stakeholders in respect of properties’ operation, repair and maintenance

  • Participate in new development projects, assist in technical vetting and assessment throughout system design process

  • Undertake testing and commissioning activities during the take-over stage and provide training to the on-site management team

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline

  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience

  • Possession of Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors or a relevant professional institution

  • Knowledge of design, tender specifications preparation, contract administration, site works supervision in relation to the construction, refurbishment and maintenance of residential or office buildings

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Legal Assistant (Ref: 190000E7)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to legal professionals, including arranging meetings, managing documentation and records

  • Assist in liaision with internal and external parties as well as coordination works for the team

Requirements:

  • Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese and English Languages, with formal administrative or secretarial training

  • A minimum of 4 years' relevant work experience, preferably in the legal field

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Hands-on experience in various software applications such as Chinese and English word processing, Excel and PowerPoint

Remarks:

  • Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms 

Systems Analyst (Ref: 190000E1)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Analyst Programmers to develop information systems, from requirement analysis, technical design, system development, testing, implementation to production roll-out

  • Assist in coordinating and monitoring project activities as well as working with relevant stakeholders for smooth projects delivery

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science or a related discipline 

  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level

  • Possession of Certified Professional of IT (CPIT) certification is preferred

  • Be innovative with a flair for applying information technology to add value to the business

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua) 

  • Experience in the followings are advantages: 

    • Managing web and mobile application development

    • Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server

    • Microsoft .NET, Microsoft Reporting Services

    • Cloud solution deployment in Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services

    • Data analytics, AI 

    • Software development models including DevOps, Agile

Remarks:

  • Occasional business travel to the Mainland of China is required
