Web Applications Developer (1-year contract)

The Job:

  • Maintain and develop the web application including enhancement, deployment, maintenance, upgrade and documentation

  • Work with Project Management Team and vendors for system development and system incidents

  • Provide user acceptance test along best practices and production support

  • Report to IT Manager and working closely with the team to:

    • Monitor daily performance of the implemented systems and resolve any issues arisen

    • Ensure full compliance to internal and external regulatory requirement on the systems

  • Provide support, training, knowledge sharing, troubleshooting and problem diagnosis for business applications

  • Provide technical recommendations on development approach

The Requirement:

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering or related disciplines

  • At least 2 years' experience in website development

  • Hands-on experience and proficiency in PHP, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3 is a must

  • Knowledge on database (eg: MySQL)

  • Knowledge of JSON, JavaScript, JQuery, XML is advantage

  • Experience on web application on Unix or Linux platform is needed

  • Experience in mobile application on iOS or Android platform is an advantage

  • Highly self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, good team player and work independently

Senior IT Officer / IT Officer

The Job:

  • Undertake administrative tasks associated with computer systems and networks technical support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports

  • Role as the “Help-Desk” to resolve the technical issues encountered by users

  • Evaluate and test new technology and project implementation

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and solve hardware/ software faults and coordinate with the vendors for hardware/ software maintenance

  • Provide 1st and 2nd tier technical support for IT issues during and beyond office hours

  • General PC configuration and software installation

The Requirement:

  • Tertiary education or above in Computer Sciences / Information Systems

  • 5 years’ relevant working experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of contemporary information technology

  • Demonstrated experience in VMware environment, Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems

  • Familiar with PC skill, hardware and network support

  • Experience in hotel system and POS support is an advantage

  • Less candidate will be considered as IT Officer

Assistant Leasing Manager / Senior Leasing Officer

The Job:

  • Responsible for the leasing / renewal of shopping malls

  • Handle all leasing and tenancy matters including tenancy administration, lease term negotiation, take over and handover of premises, fitting-out work and ad hoc duties

  • Handle more prestige retails brands and F&B group and maintain good relationship with the tenants

  • Coach junior teammates and support the team in conducting marketing research, analyzing data, compiling various reports and updating retail trend

The Requirement:

  • Degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines is preferred

  • At least 5 years' experience in retail leasing preferably with major developers and shopping malls

  • Conversant with Landlord Tenant Consolidation Ordinance (LTCO) and Building Management Ordinance (BMO)

  • Good written and spoken English & Chinese

  • Strong business network, sociable, aggressive, sensitive to figures, can-do attitude

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Leasing Officer
