Assistant Accounting Manager (F&B Operation)

The Job:

  • Be responsible for daily accounting operations

  • Be responsible for month-end closing

  • Prepare various financial reports and analysis

  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments when necessary

The Requirement:

  • Degree holder in accounting and/ or professional qualification of HKICPA/ ACCA

  • At least 5 years' solid accounting experience, experience gained in food & beverage industry is an advantage

  • Solid skills in Excel’s analytical functions for analysis

  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills, proactive and with strong sense of responsibility

  • Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Marketing Manager - Social Media

The Job:

  • Manage the creation and publishing of relevant social media content in a daily basis for multiple social media accounts that builds meaningful connections and encourage engagement

  • Work closely with internal marketing teams to create and implement strategic social media campaigns and strategies

  • Handle on-site social video production and photography

  • Plan and implement effective social media advertising so as to increase social media presence on various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Wechat, etc.

The Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in social media management and digital content development, preferably with hospitality / shopping mall experience. Agency background with multi accounts handling experience a plus

  • Solid and hands on experience in social content creation, copy-writing, editorial and video/photo creation

  • In-depth knowledge in major social media platforms especially Instagram management with proven significant achievement 

  • Strong communications and writing skill with excellent proficiency in English and Chinese

  • Creative, motivated team player with good interpersonal skill

Assistant Marketing Manager – CRM

The Job:

  • Daily database management, operations, data integration, transformation and analytics to support corporate CRM strategies

  • Develop and maintain data architecture, storage and warehouse operations

  • Conduct data mining, support data related projects and analytics by delivering database marketing metrics for different business units.(e.g. data audit/validation/migration)

  • Set up and generate reports developed from large scale customer database and derive findings for MIS/performance tracking and ROI measurement purpose

  • Daily email marketing implementation, operations and evaluations

  • Take ownership of new techniques to improve customer database usability and best email marketing practice

  • Liaise with Group IT, other business units and external agencies for database-related initiatives and effective campaign logistics and cross-BU data utilization

The Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Statistics, Computer Science / Information technology or related disciplines

  • At least 4 years' experience in data analysis, CRM programming, email marketing or data extraction

  • Excellent statistical, analytical and project management skills. Familiar with working complex database

  • Knowledge of CRM platforms / Oracle / Business Intelligence / Google analytic / Mobile app / Cloud solution

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and interpersonal skill

Assistant IT Manager

The Job:

  • Support current systems, software and hardware equipment to provide operational integrity, security, and disaster recovery support and maintenance

  • Ensure technical infrastructure projects and new system software roll outs are completed on time and in the most efficient manner

  • Participate in the development of IT strategies in collaboration with the IT Leadership

  • Supervise IT Officers, providing direction and guidance

  • Manage operational costs; conduct near and long-term financial forecasts budget for infrastructure operations

  • Perform system capacity planning and estimate resource requirements and implementation costs to meet existing and future requirements

The Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field

  • 5-8 years of progressively knowledgeable and responsible experience in systems support, projects implementation management in business systems environment and network servers and infrastructure; prefer experience in a supervisory capacity

  • Familiar with computer operating systems and computer security; network routing and protocols; performance and capacity monitoring and measurement

  • Good project planning, management and reporting; strong communications skills; modern management and supervisory practices

Senior IT Officer

The Job:

  • Undertake administrative tasks associated with computer systems and networks technical support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports

  • Role as the “Help-Desk” to resolve the technical issues encountered by users

  • Testing and evaluation of new technology and project implementation

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and solve hardware/ software faults and coordinate with the vendors for hardware/ software maintenance

  • Provide 1st and 2nd tier technical support for IT issues during and beyond office hours

The Requirement:

  • Tertiary education or above in Computer Sciences / Information Systems

  • At least 5 years experiences in IT operations function

  • Demonstrated experience in VMware environment, Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems

  • Knowledge and understanding of contemporary information technology

  • Familiar with PC skill, hardware and network support

  • Experience in hotel system and POS support is an advantage
