Accounts Clerk - Part time (afternoon)

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:


  • Responsible for day-to-day accounting duties including but not limited to G/L, AR/AP entries(such as payment voucher, invoice verification, journal and payment preparation);

  • Preparing relevant accounting schedule & bank reconciliation;

  • Assist Month end closing report preparation;

  • Assist in statutory audit;

  • Supporting all department matters;

  • Assisting in ad-hoc duties;

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • F.5 graduated

  • Proficiency in MS Office;

  • With LCC Accounting Cert and accounting experience is highly preferred;

  • Experience in MYOB / retail industry is an advantage;

  • Responsible, detail-minded with good communication skills;

  • Immediate available is highly preferred;
