CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Handle both internal and external communications such as:

  • drafting correspondences, memorandums

  • assisting in coordinate and organize meetings

  • Prepare various materials for internal departmental meetings

  • Conduct PowerPoint presentations from time to time

  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in any discipline

  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Good command of both spoken English and Chinese (incl. Mandarin)

  • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience is preferable

  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
     

SENIOR/ SALES CONSULTANT - INTERNATIONAL PROPERTIES

Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales by selling Australia, UK and Southeast Asia properties

  • Generate potential leads to particular projects

  • Enhance customer experience through professional agency services

  • Make contributions to overall sales stategy

  • Manage the whole selling process including closing deals, contract signing and settlement issues etc

  • Handle projects and work closely with internal departments

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with related disciplines

  • 1 to 3 years' experience in property sales is preferable

  • Sales oriented and driven, able to cultivate long-term relationships with valued customers

  • Consultative sales mentality, require to attend sales events and functions (must be available to work on weekends)

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and PowerPoint, etc)

  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus

  • Less experience/ fresh graduate will be considered as Sales Consultant

ASSISTANT PROJECT OFFICER

Responsible:

  • Administrative support to CMO for all digital projects (e.g. assist in drafting necessary documents to illustrate project requirements, handle the tasks assigned by supervisors to support the project)

  • Work effectively and efficiently with cross-functional departments and external parties to ensure the projects are delivered on time and within budget

  • To assist in the design, development, implementation and testing of applications and prepare the related documentation

  • Conduct market research to identify customers' need & analyze our competitiveness

  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Finance / Business / IT or related disciplines

  • 1 year relevant experience

  • Experiences in product or project management of mobile applications, E-Commerce is a plus

  • Enthusiastic on mobile and web applications is a must

  • Self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
     

ESTATE SURVEYOR / ASSISTANT SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in property valuations, feasibility studies and consultancy services

  • Conduct market research & analysis for the property market

  • Advise on land & town planning matters and government policy issues on land & properties

  • Handle Sales and marketing proposals & prepare materials for presentations

  • Assist in expanding business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Degree in Surveying / Real Estate with minimum 2 years experience in valuation and general practice surveying

  • Member of HKIS / RICS in General Practice Division

  • Presentable, good communication skill, self-motivated and strong marketing sense

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Surveyor
     

SURVEYING ASSISTANT / ASSISTANT SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing feasibility studies, investment & marketing proposals and tender projects

  • Obtain property information records & maintain database systems

  • Provide administrative support to Surveying Department

  • Carry out and-hoc project assigned by supervisors

  • tender projects

  • Occasional outdoor work is required

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or above in Estate Surveying, Estate Management, Real Estate with minimum 1 year working experience in property field is preferable

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications & Chinese word processing

  • Good Command in spoken and written English & Chinese

  • Good interpersonal skill, detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility & able to work under pressure

  • Estate Surveying student will also be considered.

  • Candidate with more experience would be considered as Assistant Surveyor
     

Accounts Clerk (Payable Team)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Accounts Payable functions including data entries into Accounting System and cheque issuance

  • Coordinate with other Departments for timely settlement of invoices

  • Perform monthly reconciliation for bank and other creditors accounts

  • Filing and other general clerical duties

  • Assist on any ad hoc assignment

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with LCCI Level 2 or above

  • Proficient in PC operations and Chinese wording processing

  • Responsible and attend to details

  • Good team player

  • With one year relevant working experience preferred

  • Immediate available is preferred
     

ACCOUNTS CLERK (REPORTING TEAM)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling daily accounting operations and full set of accounts

  • Prepare financial reports and statements for management review regularly

  • Assist in month end closing, interim and year-end audit

  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above

  • LCCI Level 2 or above

  • At least 3 years' relevant working experience, preferably in Accounting

  • Responsible and self-motivated person with good communication and coordinating skills

  • Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

  • Immediate available is preferred
