Senior Customer Relations Officer - CALL CENTER (Medical Beauty, 5 Days’ work)
Reporting to the Assistant CRM Manager, the ideal talent will handle customer inquiries via in & out bound calls to establish sound and sustainable customer relations. In addition, the selected will be expected to make warm calls to customers sourced from our database for new services / products introduction and promotions.
Apart from the business development tasks mentioned above, the talent has to assist the Supervisor to handle occasional customer complaints over the phone. Also, involvement in ad-hoc projects is also one of the important tasks.
Diploma holder or above;
At least possesses 4 years’ relevant experience earned from call center;
Fluency in Cantonese is a MUST with nice telephone manner and sound communication skill
English and Mandarin speaking are preferred but not essential;
Priority will be given to candidate who can be available immediately.
Senior Human Resources Officer (Medical Beauty, 5 Days’ work)
Reporting to the SHRM of the Group, the SHRO will be mainly focusing on Talent Acquisition in the beginning stage of joining. He or she is expected to recruit office staff up to Assistant Manager level and also branch staff, such as Business Consultant, CS Officer and Therapist.
As the Company advocates personal growth, the SHRO will be rotate to C&B and given with more different opportunities in order to achieve the goal of being an HR Generalist and business partner to the Company.

Business Development Ambassador
(Walk-in Interview, Monday to Saturday)
Being BDA of MediLASE, you are expected to expand and develop the clientele through your referral network. After attending Orientation and Training program, you will be equipped well with expertise of communication skills, treatment knowledge and market information. Both classroom and on the job training will be provided to you intensively during the probation. Providing client consultations is also one of the major duties for BDA that you have to build good relationship with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
Associate Degree holder or above
Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a plus

Senior Customer Services Supervisor (Centre)
Being one of the market leaders in the industry, HBS Group has over 240 headcounts and 6 treatment centers around the SAR located at prime areas in HK, such as CWB, TST and MK. With a view to catching up with the expansion, we are inviting capable talent to join and lead our CS team.
Reporting to the Centre Manager, the Senior CS Supervisor will be mainly focusing on managing and supervising a team of small size CS members. He or she is expected to coordinate and lead customer service team to achieve and sustain six-star service standard for one of our hair removal centres and medical beauty aesthetic centres located in MK, TST or CWB.
The ideal candidate should be able to maintain and monitor the service standard of CS members under his or her supervision, also review and report service issues and business initiatives to the company.
Diploma holder or above;
6 years solid experience in customer service;
CS experiences earned from five-star hotels, hospitality, luxury retail, fine dining or related area;
Customer-oriented attitude with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
Excellent in judgement, problem solving and decision-making;
Positive, self-motivated, patient, able to work independently under pressure.
