With a total network of 42 directly-operated Alexander McQueen stores and a strong presence in the world's most prestigious department stores, the brand's iconic status continues to grow across the world.

We would like to invite high calibre candidate to fill the following position:


This position is primarily responsible for the management of Marketing projects and assist in developing and implementing the function strategies in the region.


  • To manage press samples in the region to endure prompt delivery to targeted publications

  • To handle day-to-day press enquiries and loan requests

  • To keep track on local media environment - new titles, media plan

  • To assist in marketing and communications activities such as special in store events, season launch press events, special collaboration projects etc.

  • To update regular reports and analysis to London head office


  • Bachelor degree holder or above in marketing and communications or related discipline

  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience with exposure in MNCs is preferred

  • Extremely well-organized

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

  • Computer literate, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously



  • To be a brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to the customers

  • To achieve personal sales goal on a monthly basis by providing high quality of service 

  • To provide first level of after sales services in an effective way to ensure customer satisfaction

  • To build repeat clientele and maintain customer relationship

  • To perform other related ad hoc tasks and projects where necessary


  • Minimum Form 5 and above with at least 2-year solid fashion retail sales experience

  • Prior exposure in luxury goods or premium fashion brands is preferred

  • Demonstrate strong sense of high-end fashion

  • Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill

  • Good command of Mandarin



  • Maintaining high standards of merchandising and housekeeping at all times and carrying out replenishment of sales floor(s) within areas of responsibility

  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures e.g. hanging, tagging of stock, replenishment, faulty stock and organising stock in stockroom

  • Quality assurance and bringing faulty or damaged stock or delivery discrepancies to the attention of Store-in-Charge

  • To work as part of the sales team to achieve personal and store objectives


  • Form 5 and above

  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience of a similar role

  • Prior experience in luxury retail is preferred

  • Organised, efficient, and good team player

  • Basic PC skills such as MS Office
