Communications Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement all marketing and communications strategies

  • Establish annual marketing and communications calendars

  • Oversee and coordinate with others the development and production of all marketing materials or public information for events, advertisements and/or business essentialsand ensure the alignment with brand guidelines

  • Develop and execute media relations functions such as press releases and direct website development as well as handling media enquiries

  • Direct responsibility for the successful planning and execution of donor engagement initiatives (direct mail, digital and social media, newsletters, etc.)

  • Explore new fundraising and promotion channels, joint promotion opportunities and manage multiple channels of communication for stakeholder engagement

  • Provide support to our fundraising events in terms of PR, media advertising and onsite support


  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in corporate communication, preferably in sizable organization

  • A recognized university degree in Communications / Journalism / Marketing

  • Sophisticated and professional English and Chinese written and spoken communication

  • Mature interpersonal skills and sound network in the media and KOL

  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the finance and accounting function include strategic planning, annual budget, communications with the Board and RMHC Global

  • Supervise a small team of members

  • Responsible for monitoring the daily accounting and finance operations

  • Ensure good internal control & effectiveness in financial reporting are well in-placed

  • Monitor the month-end closing tasks and consolidation are completed in timely manner

  • Provide related financial & budget control reports and analysis

  • Participate in the development and update of accounting policy and procedures as required

  • Negotiate and arrange banking facilities or other services with banks

  • Liaise with external auditors

  • Handle ad-hoc projects as required


  • Degree in Accounting or related discipline

  • Member of ACCA / HKICPA or other relevant professional bodies

  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in accounting / finance field with 3 years’ experience at management level

  • Knowledge of accounting standard and related system program development

  • Good accounting and taxation knowledge

  • Excellent leadership and management skills

  • Strong Business sense and innovative to initiate change internally

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese

Administration Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties

  • Office Admin duties

  • Support the team as central admin

  • Ad hoc duties as assigned


  • Diploma or above

  • Detail minded and work independently

  • 2 years relevant experience preferred but not necessary, PA experience is a plus

  • Good command of English

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a full set of accounting records including Accounts Payable, Expenses, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger functions and produce month end closing reports

  • Ensure payments and receipts are correct, executed and recorded

  • Generate donation receipt to donors

  • Assist with the preparation of periodic reports and management reports

  • Assist in completing the audit schedules and other ad hoc assignments

  • Participate in drafting budgetary and forecast reports including variance analysis


  • University Graduate, majoring in Accounting, or other relevant disciplines 

  • 3 years or above relevant Accounts experience

  • Good working knowledge of Excel & MS Word.

  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese

  • Excellent organizational skills (prioritizing and multi-tasking)

  • Strong numerical skills

  • High level of accuracy with great attention to detail

  • Ability and desire to work as part of a small team

  • Ability to work proactively, using individual initiative

Accountingand Administration Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily accounting functions such as accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts

  • Keeping financial records updated

  • Reports preparation and bank statements reconciliation

  • Handle petty cash claims

  • Office Admin duties

  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned


  • Holding LCCI Intermediate or equivalence

  • Detail minded and work independently

  • 2 years working experience or above

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, word and Chinese word processing
