Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis

  • Provide services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention

  • Handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality related discipline

Pool & Health Club Attendant / Receptionist (Health Club/ Fitness Center)

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide advice to individuals on the correct method of exercising with fitness equipment

  • Be responsible for the administration and operation of the Pool & Health Club area which includes the safety, cleanliness, maintenance of the equipment

  • Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests

  • Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility intended for the safety and welfare of guests and members

  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees for supervisory role

Requirements:

  • Possession of life-saving certification and/ First-Aid Certificate

  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese

  • Attention to details and a good team player

  • Candidates with relevant supervisory experience in hospitality industry may be considered as Recreation Supervisor

Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities include:

  • Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs, requests, changes, etc

  • Attend to guest’s complaints, inquiries and request

  • Identify and explain room features to guests

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality related discipline

  • 1 year related working experience is preferred

  • Good interpersonal skills and service-oriented

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
