Sales Manager

Job Summary:

In conjunction with the Director of Sales, you are responsible for maximizing rooms/ F&B/ Conference and Banqueting business from a defined account base. Proactively uncovering new prospects for the hotel and maximizing conversion of business in line with Hotels’ budgetary goals. This position requires a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised using own initiative.

Responsibilities include:

  • Proactively manage a pre-determined number of key accounts/key prospects and other active accounts to ensure maximum yield in line with budgetary objectives

  • Maintain valid call objectives and relevant action plans for each key account Proactively prospecting new accounts for the Hotel and following the sales process

  • Maintain up-to-date activity and rate information for each account

  • To attend required trade and networking events as a representative of Hotel

  • To build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

  • To supervise subordinates in their daily activities


  • Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Degree or diploma holder of Hospitality or related studies

  • Previous hotel related working experience is preferable

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager

Loss Prevention Manager (Security Manager)

Job Description:

  • To formulate and implement the policy and procedures in relation to all aspects of Hotel security.

  • To coordinate and supervise all administrative and operational functions of the Loss Prevention Department.

  • To assist in and advise on the training and supervision of all Hotel personnel in matters relating to security.

  • To ensure the security and safety of the Hotel, its guests, hosts and their property on about the Hotel premises.

  • To promote hosts’ work safety, increasing the awareness and importance of work safety environment and instilling an idea that accidents can be preventable.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To assume overall responsibility for the efficient functioning of the Loss Prevention Department.

  • To establish and maintain close liaison with the Police, Fire Services and other appropriate official bodies

  • To ensure that all reasonable precautions are taken by the Loss Prevention Department  and other Hotel hosts to prevent, minimize and remedy injury, loss or damage and to ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests and hosts.

  • To investigate, report and submit incident report as required on all incidents of crime, loss, damage, accident or nuisance occurring

  • To intervene immediately against culprits in the event of crime or nuisance on or about the Hotel premises.

  • To plan and implement fire prevention / control and other emergency procedures and liaise with other department heads in relation to training and drills.

  • To train and advise all Hotel hosts on security, fire and other emergency procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience, of which at least 3 years at a supervisory level.

  • Holder of Security Personnel Permit.

  • Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

  • Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must

Administrative Assistant (Contract for 3 months)

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Sales & Marketing Department.

  • Set up file as required for local / tour and travel / national / miscellaneous.

  • File and pass all correspondences to Director of Marketing and all sales persons (i.e. incoming/outgoing faxes, letters, contracts, comparison charts and productivity reports).

  • Prepare meeting minutes in meeting that hosted by Director of Marketing and ensure meeting minutes be dispatched

  • Handle telephone inquiries and general information.

  • Maintain an updated database for all sales related activities and events.

  • Handle correspondence and e-mail for team members.

  • Provide accurate information to clients and other related information of the hotel.


  • Degree or diploma holder of Business Administration or related discipline

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in administrative field

  • Excellent numerical sense and problem solving skills, detail-minded and determined

  • Excellent spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Detail-minded and well-organized

At Your Service Agent (Telephone Operator) (5-day work)

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests and needs, including answering calls, dispatching requests and following up to ensure guest satisfaction

  • To attend to each call in a courteous and efficient manner

  • To dispatch appropriate personnel to satisfy guest requests and resolve guest issues


  • Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Degree or diploma holder of Hospitality or related studies

  • Previous hotel related working experience is preferable
