Demi Chef / Commis I - Cold Kitchen (5-day work)

Responsibilities include:

  • To complete the assigned culinary task in a safe and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Previous hotel related working experience is preferable
     

Senior Server/Server 資深/侍應 (5-day work)

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare mise en place.
  • Serve food & beverage in restaurant or guest rooms according to the service procedures.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Previous hotel related working experience is preferable
     

Captain - Chinese Restaurant (5-day work)

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide quality service to guests and surpass their expectations
  • Interact with guests in professional manner
  • Ensure smooth operations of work section assigned
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant, tableware and silverware are properly placed and setup

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in F&B or Hotel industry
  • Presentable, organized and service-oriented with outgoing personality
  • Good working attitude and willing to accept different challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
     

Spa Therapist (5-day work)

Responsibilities include:

  • To provide high quality and professional massage and treatment services    

Requirements:

  • Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Holder of recognized esthetics certificate such as ITEC is required
  • Previous hotel related working experience is preferabled
     

Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities include:

  • To provide secretarial and administrative support to Account Management Team, include but not limited to maintaining an updated database for all sales related activities and events, and handling correspondence and e-mail for team members
  • To answer telephone calls and handle enquiries including reservation enquiries for FIT bookings
  • To assist Director of Marketing, Director of Sales and Sales Team in preparing and executing regular direct mail campaigns on various sales related promotions of the hotel
  • To compile various reports and other tasks as assigned by Director of Sales and Sales Team

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma holder of Hospitality or related studies
  • Working experience gained  from Sales or Operations in hospitality industry is preferred
  • Proactive with can-do attitude and excellent presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
     

Valet Parking Attendant 泊車服務員(5-day work)

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible to provide complimentary parking services and concierge duties for the guests in a safe and professional manner
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • Holder of valid driving license
  • 1- 2 years relevant working experience is preferable
  • Fair spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Willing to work on night shift
     

Concierge 禮賓部服務員(5-day work)

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for all Concierge activities, include but not limit to handle guest enquiries, guest mail, guest message and provide local information to all hotel guests

Requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • Fair spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • 2 years hotel-related working experience is preferable
     

Commis I - Coffee Shop(5-day work)

Responsibilities include:

  • To complete the assigned culinary task in a safe and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Previous hotel related working experience is preferable
     

Marketing Communications Executive

Responsibilities include:

  • Advertising – media planning and buying, brainstorm for advertisement design & copywriting
  • Branding – to ensure the Hotel is in line with latest brand standards and guidelines
  • Corporate/Internal Communications – to ensure the Hotel’s media kit is current and to assist in maintaining the Hotel’s communication platforms, including but not limited to proof-reading and translations
  • Promotions –  Develop and implement marketing plans
  • Media Relations – to update and maintain media base, manage and conduct media interviews, draft press releases, conduct proactive and reactive pitching, keep up-to-date with latest trends and industry news
  • Customer Retention Management – to maintain and monitor Hotel database for e-marketing activities
  • Reports – to prepare monthly reports for management’s review
  • Other related duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Hospitality or related discipline
  • At least 3 years relevant experience, preferably in hotel-related industry
  • Excellent spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Outspoken and attentive to details
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Marketing Communications Assistant
  • Immediate availability is preferrable
     

At Your Service Agent (Telephone Operator) (5-day work)

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests and needs, including answering calls, dispatching requests and following up to ensure guest satisfaction
  • To attend to each call in a courteous and efficient manner
  • To dispatch appropriate personnel to satisfy guest requests and resolve guest issues

Requirements:

  • Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Degree or diploma holder of Hospitality or related studies
  • Previous hotel related working experience is preferable
