Store & Receiving Clerk


  • Perform the daily routine work of the Receiving Office

  • Assist to control the cost of minor operating departments

  • Ensure all receiving procedures are complied with hotel’s standard and requirements (HACCP)


  • Minimum 1 year relevant working and hotel

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills

  • Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)

Commis – Fine Dining / Western Restaurant


  • Assist in the smooth running of the day-to-day operational procedures in the kitchen


  • With relevant work experience

  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese

Junior Sous Chef / Chef de Partie - Amber / SOMM & IRD


  • Responsible for mise-en-place preparation and sample tasting for management

  • Ensure that preparation and cooking standards are maintained

  • Maintain proper quantity of par stock for mise-en-place and assist in food requisition as required

  • Liaise with Chief Steward to maintain the high standards of cleanliness and to align with HACCP requirement

  • Report any problems, failures of machines or equipment

  • Perform duties set aside by the Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef


  • With relevant working experience in a similar capacity in 2 or 3 Michelin-starred kitchen

  • Strong interpersonal skills and exemplary leadership skills

  • Excellent food & beverage and menu planning knowledge

  • Good command of both spoken and written English

Rooms Management Trainee

Requirements for Entry:

  • Graduate from Hotel School with Bachelor degree or higher diploma

  • Excellent English communication skills; fluency in Putonghua or a second language is preferable

  • Demonstrate a real commitment to five-star standards and a true desire to excel in the field

  • Dynamic, self-motivated and passionate

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Team player

  • Previous internship attachment at the Rooms section of hotels is an advantage

Restaurant Reservations Officer


  • Handle all guest enquiries and reservations regarding hotel restaurant and bar in a friendly and professional manner

  • Reply email with hotel standards

  • Work with table reservation system according to the hotel standards, policies and procedures

  • Maximize the restaurant capacity in smooth service flow and to achieve the financial targets

  • Update guest profile and database

  • Provide support to Hostess team whenever necessary

  • Perform other administrative tasks


  • Diploma or certificate holder in Hospitality Management

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant or bar experience in the international luxury hotels or high quality free standing restaurants and bars

  • Previous work experience in the capacity of Hostess, Telephone Operator of Reservations Agent is preferred

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills

  • Well organized and structured

  • Good command of English and Cantonese, knowledge in other languages is an advantage

  • Familiar with computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Spa Treatment Manager


  • Responsible for treatment standards, all types of treatment training, professional and retail product training, product stocks and treatment room maintenance

  • Review treatment standards and protocols, procedures and operational status

  • Handling guest feedback in regards to treatments and therapists

  • Establish and manage the annual CAPEX plan and budget

  • Support the strategic direction of general projects related to enhancement of the Spa and Hotel. The project management covers the areas of planning, administration, implementation and evaluation of financial results of projects


  • Holder of professional certificates awarded by authorized institutions

  • Must have at least 10 years experience in Body & Face Treatment, Oriental & Asian Treatments, Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Holistic and Complementary therapies in international leading spas

  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience with the international Spa and treatment industries

  • Excellent training and presentation skills

  • Good computer and organizational skills

  • Good command of both spoken and written English

  • Detail Orientated

General Manager - Amber


  • Maintain the quality and services at the highest level

  • Fully responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant and achieving the financial targets

  • Develop promotion calendar and action plan

  • Ensure continuous application of the Safe & Sound program during the daily operation of the restaurant and bar

  • Review and update SOPs when needed.

  • Job duties included training, supervising and scheduling staff, payroll, responding to guest inquiries and implementing new menus and promotions

  • To assist the management to achieve departmental goals and total guest satisfaction

  • Prepare the CAPEX and budget for the restaurant


  • Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Manager or related disciplines

  • Minimum 8 years of fine dining restaurant experience in relevant position

  • Experience in a first-class, luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant is preferred

  • Extensive wine and product knowledge

  • Well organized and structured

  • Self driven, energetic and a team player

  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)

  • Good command in English, knowledge in other languages is an advantage

Assistant Chief Engineer


  • Oversee the operations and projects of all sections daily

  • Attend project and operation meetings to maintain enhance smooth coordination

  • Ensure all engineering plants, machinery system, equipment, etc. in the hotel are properly repaired and maintained through breakdown maintenance or preventive maintenance programme

  • Ensure all work orders are properly recorded, allocated to correct sections and documented

  • Coordinate with other departments on decoration set ups, special events, special requests and ad hoc requirements

  • Liaise with public utility companies and government departments relating concerned matters on different aspects


  • Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Engineering or Facility Management

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel or property facility management

  • Well organized and structured

  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese

  • Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
