Sales Executive(FMCG)

Responsibilities :

  • Achieve sales target for foods and beverage products

  • Maintain existing clients and develop new clients

  • Follow-up orders and enquiries, provide quality customer service;

  • Maintain good relationship with customers;

  • Ad hoc projects and other assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above;

  • At least 2-3 year working experience in retail sales, preferably in FMCG;

  • Aggressive, responsibility, strong sense of sales mindset;

  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skill;

  • Good in both spoken and written English & Cantonese.

Customer Service Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers on the phone, typing and provide clerical support to Supervisor

  • Handle incoming call, placing and processing customer orders

Job Requirements:

  • F5 or above

  • 1 year or above clerk experience

  • Good telephone manner

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years secretarial experience

  • A good team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills

  • Well-organized, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries

  • Provide sales administration support to the sales team

  • Coordinate withthe order processing

  • Handle product development

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above;

  • At least 2-3 year working experience in retail sales, preferably in FMCG;

  • Aggressive, responsibility, strong sense of sales mindset;

  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skill;

  • Good in both spoken and written English & Cantonese.

  • Immediate available is preferred

  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
