Responsible for Accounts Payable activities for various business units
Maintain bank book record and bank reconciliation
Ensure payments are properly supported and approved in compliance with internal policies
Responsible for month-end closing; prepare financial statements, cash flow statements, balance sheet schedules and other financial reports
Assist in budgeting and forecasting
Assist in year-end statutory audit including preparation and review of audit schedule
Perform ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by Finance Manager
Degree holder in Accounting or Finance related disciplines
At least 5 years accounting experience gained from MNC or sizeable companies, preferably in retail industry is an advantage
Hands on experience in using AS400 and SAP system is a plus and knowledge on POS system and inventory record is preferred
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, self-discipline and able to meet tight deadlines
A good team player with strong organization and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in computer applications in particular MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
Immediate availability is highly preferred
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
SALES ASSOCIATE (FT) / 全職售貨員
Work closely with Paris Head Office to ensure all the stores visual identity deliver an excellent visual standard
Adapt the Head Office visual identity guideline to fit the local markets
Communicate with regional visual merchandiser for window and in-store change and all VM issues
Source and liaise with suppliers / contractors
Provide visual guideline / training to the store-level staff
Plan and conduct regular store visits to ensure corporate VM standards are well maintained.
Participate in store openings and renovations to ensure that visual direction is consistent and aligned.
Responsible for advertising layout / POP development
Design and develop set-up for events
Other ad hoc projects
Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising or related disciple
3 years’ or above hands-on experience of retail shop visual merchandising preferably in international luxury brands
Good communication and interpersonal skills with polite attitude
Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
Creative and independent thinker, business orientated and able to question/critique and provide further insights and ideas
Able to work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and illustrator
Overnight duties may be required
Immediate available is highly preferred
