Senior Mall Merchandizing Officer / Mall Merchandizing Officer (Ref. No.: L19/05-0156)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales of a wide array of Advertising panels, Vending Machines as well as kiosks under Link Asset Management Limited

  • Develop, manage and explore new clients / advertiser for causal leasing / advertising which helps to drive revenue growth of the business team

  • Assist the manager to implement the policies of venue leasing, to support the venue sponsors for non-profit making organizations identify the qualified clients

  • Monitor the display quality of existing clients and handle complaints if necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Sales and Marketing or related disciplines

  • 5 years of working experience in sales and marketing and / or business development is preferred

  • Prior experience in media advertising sales, promotion venue / kiosk letting of the shopping centres, or account servicing is preferred

  • Strong industry clients / contacts and good relationship with prospective exhibitors / advertiser such as servicing business household and consumer brands is essential

  • Result-oriented, strong communication skills, good business and management skills, self-motivated, proactive, creative, hard working

  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Mall Merchandizing Officer.

Assistant Project Manager (Ref. No.: L19/05-0155)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for project planning and management of asset enhancement in shopping centres and office commercial buildings

  • Identify project milestones and conduct feasibility studies

  • Work independently and co-ordinate with in-house teams, consultants and vendors for all project related activities

  • Monitor the implementation of asset enhancement & development works and to ensure the projects are completed within the pre-determined budget and time frame and in compliance with relevant specification requirements and government regulations

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building Surveying, Architecture or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in project management for asset enhancement and major A&A works within occupied buildings 

  • In-depth knowledge in property development procedures, design and building regulations

  • Experiences in architectural A&A / major commercial fit out projects is an advantage

  • Strong people management & communication skills with commercial sense

  • Proficient in Mandarin and English

Property Officer / Assistant Property Officer (Ref. No.: L19/05-0152)

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out property management activities within the assigned shopping centres and carparks

  • Monitor property management services, perform asset portfolio analysis

  • Implement business strategies for achieving better operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Housing Management, Estate Management, Property Management or related disciplines

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in property management

  • Knowledge in Deed of Mutual Covenant, Building Management Ordinance, security and guarding laws

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in PC skills, particularly on MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

  • Fresh graduate will be also considered

  • Working Location: Kowloon East, Shau Kei Wan, Yuen Long, Ma On Shan and Tai Po

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer.
