Manager - Customer Experience Management (Ref. No.: L19/01-0022)


  • Planning and execution of Link’s customer experience and related tenant programs including promotion campaigns, communication channels including customer website, mobile app and other digital channels

  • Develop and implement effective program to leverage data intelligence and deliver business insights to the company, value and convenience to customers, and maximize business opportunities to tenants

  • Project management for digital products development by identifying potential features; conducting research for market intelligence and customer insights; generating product requirements, translating business objectives to technical aspects; determining specifications, production schedules, pricing and time-integrated plans for deliverable.

  • Explore and develop effective online & offline channels to strengthen the connections between the company and our stakeholders

  • Manage and develop related internal & external communication collaterals

  • Oversee internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance

  • Plan and manage budget with ongoing monitoring and control


  • Degree holder with 10+ years of relevant and solid experience gained in FMCG, retail or consumer technology companies with a focus on customer experience and/or digital product development

  • A minimum of 6 years of managerial and supervisory experience is required 

  • Experience in market research and product development highly desirable as well as ability to demonstrate business and marketing acumen with good artistic sense

  • Strong business and marketing acumen with excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Creative, analytical, entrepreneurial with an established professional network

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (written and Chinese)

  • Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

Senior Asset Management Associate / Asset Management Associate (Ref. No.: L19/01-0021)


  • Oversee a subsidiary portfolio of assets to maximize the financial performance

  • Analyze assets’ value creation and operational efficiency and identify the enhancement opportunities

  • Assist in Asset Plan formulation and implementation with business objectives including asset positioning, trade mix & leasing strategies and asset management

  • Coordinate with a dedicated team to achieve KPIs, including leasing, property management, marketing and project development professionals

  • Perform market analysis and provide strategic advice to leverage on market opportunities

  • Assist in preparing reports and presentation materials as well as administrative support to the team as needed  


  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines

  • At least 4 years’ solid experience in retail leasing, project management, shopping centre property management or asset management from property developers, real estate funds or sizable private equity firms

  • Possess strong business acumen and market awareness

  • A team-player with excellent organisation, presentation and communication skills

  • Financial management background, good working knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis will be advantages

  • Proficient in Advanced PowerPoint & Excel

Assistant Corporate Communications Manager (Ref. No.: L19/01-0020)


  • Assist in devising and executing a wide range of external and internal communications initiatives, including media and publicity events, issue management, community programmes, and online and print communication channels

  • Assist in handling ad hoc assignments


  • Degree holder or above in Journalism, Communications or related disciplines

  • Minimum 6 years’ media or public relations experience with at least 2 years’ experience in supervisory level, preferably gained in a large organisation or PR agency

  • Solid experience in media relations and publicity projects is required; and strong experience in issue management and social media is an advantage

  • Familiar with social issues, current affairs and media operations, with strong sense of sensitivity

  • A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, attentive to details and to meet deadlines

  • Self-driven, able to work independently, under pressure and to multi-task

  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent command of English and Chinese writing skills with good bilingual translation capabilities

  • Fluent spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese

  • Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Corporate Communications Officer.

Senior Analyst Programmer (Ref. No.: L19/01-0024)


  • Responsible for development, maintenance and support for ERP, Facility Management System, data warehouse and other systems

  • Develop end-to-end BI solutions and dashboards to facilitate business requirements

  • Work with vendors to develop applications according to users' requirement

  • Assist in executing user acceptance test

  • Provide proper technical documentation


  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related disciplines

  • 5 years of experience in systems & web applications design and development, experience in business intelligence is preferred

  • Proficient in programming with C#, SQL, JQuery, SSIS, SSRS

  • Experience in development and maintain of Qlik solution is preferable

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamic, Informatica would be an advantage

  • Interest in data warehousing, business intelligence and data analysis

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese, Putonghua

Assistant Accountant (Ref. No.: L19/01-0013)


  • Perform review and analysis on financial performance and operational data of China business units to support Headquarter decision

  • Work with finance department of China business units to support their preparation of annual budget, management reports, operations and payments

  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and corporate exercises

  • Station in Hong Kong headquarter


  • Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Business Administration or related disciplines

  • At least 3 years relevant experience, preferably gained from real estate industry

  • Hands on, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Having exposure in China accounting and taxation is preferable

  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin

  • Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

Part-time clerk (Customer Experience Management) (Ref. No.: L19/01-0023)


  • Provide general administration and supports to the team or department

  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems

  • Support promotion programmes

  • Conduct the team or department of research and surveys

  • Undertake other duties as assigned


  • High Diploma or above in Marketing or related discipline

  • Be highly attentive to details and accuracy
