Assistant Sales Manager

Job Highlights:

  • Maintains and expands customer database

Job duties:

  • Assist the Sales Manager to lead and drive the Sales Team to achieve sales targets and business objectives;

  • Maintains and expands customer database. Identify potential new customers and maintain good sales and sustainable relationship with existing customers;

  • Maintain continuous business growth and team expansion;

  • Consolidating and prepare sales reports, sales forecasts, budgets and analysis reports;

  • Supervising a team of subordinates for daily operation;

  • Work closely with customer liaison, supply chain and finance teams to deliver quality service.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above with minimum 3 years sales experience,preferably in commodity industry;

  • Experience in sales management or team leading;

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;

Job Scope:

To provide the best practice end-to-end value services to strategic customers in the industrial sectors in Greater China and S.E.Asia.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the execution of the business strategies in Greater China and Southeast Asia. Uncovers, tracks and closes key opportunities to support business growth goals.

  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to provide exceptional support and services for strategic customers.

  • Provides monthly performance updates to sales plan and regular progress reports on key opportunities and strategic objectives.

  • Promotes the value and benefits of LKG Products & Services Portfolio.

  • Develops, maintains and enhances relationship with strategic customers.

  • Gathers market intelligence and research to gain customer insight.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary or above

  • Min. 4 years B2B sales experience, preferably in raw material / chemical industry in Greater China, experience in managing Taiwanese customer will be plus.

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Good negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.

  • Strong business and numeric sense. High degree of attention to details. Solid problem solving, decision making and analytical abilities.

  • A self-starter, energetic and results driven. Able to work under pressure. Willing to go the extra mile and contribute as a team player.

  • Good computer literacy, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Accounts Clerk

Job responsibilities:

  • Prepare full set of accounts including daily accounting operation and assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements;

  • Responsible for preparing month end financial schedules and other related reconciliation;

  • To assist the superior to handle the annual audit matter with external auditor;

  • To assist the superior to perform the monthly stock take with logistic department;

  • Report to the Accounting Supervisor;

  • To perform other ad hoc projects and/or duties as required.

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above;

  • LCC Higher or above;

  • 1-2 years accounting experiences (With experience in handling full set of account will be a privilege);

  • Self-initiative, strong sense of responsibility, result-oriented;

  • Can work idependently with minimum supervision;

  • Proficiency in written & spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese;

  • Familiar with MS Office (Excel and Word)

  • Fresh graduate will also be considered.
