Quality Assurance Manager - Stationed in Myanmar

As Quality Assurance Manager (Overseas), you will provide all QA functions for overseas factories, which are located in South-East Asia region (i.e. Myanmar).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team to monitor the quality of sampling and mass production

  • Maintains the entire QA system to meet all product standards & fulfill customers' requirements

  • Set up regular checking in order to ensure the good quality of produces to be produced and delivered

  • Product technical solutions / recommendation an identify the quality issues when needs

  • Build up a good relationships and effective communication channels with all related departments

  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 or above

  • Min. 5 years relevant experience in garment manufacturing industry

  • Mature, self initiative and able to work independently under pressure

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

  • Proficiency in computer knowledge

  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English is a MUST

Merchandising Manager (Stationed in Myanmar)

As Merchandising Manager (Overseas), you will be required to supervise the merchandising team and work closely with production team in overseas factories, which are located in South-East Asia region (i.e. Myanmar).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the merchandising team to establish relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Liaise with both internal and external parties in order to achieve on production schedule and time delivery

  • Provide professional knowledge and suggestion on product needs to facilitate cost-saving and enhance product sales.

  • Provide solutions to the team upon critical issues

  • Evaluate the analyze market trend and performance of the markets

  • Identify, explore and expand new business opportunities of sales growth

  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior

Job Requirements:

  • Degree Holder or above in Clothing, Textiles or related disciplines

  • At least 5 years’ solid experience in Cut & Sewn Knit merchandising, preferably in U.S. market

  • With factory background is a MUST

  • Strong leadership, energetic & dynamic

  • Capable to deal with overseas buyers / factories / suppliers independently

  • Aggressive with strong business sense and analytical skills

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills

  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English is a MUST

Senior Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to manage portfolios of company properties and coordinate renovation and relocation projects

  • Prepare project planning, scheduling, execution and construction supervision of our comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong

  • Responsible for budgetary control

  • Close coordination of all project activities with government authorities, consultants, contractors and other relevant parties

  • Supervision and monitoring of site progress to ensure projects are completed according to schedules, and quality and cost are up to Company’s standards and requirements

  • Conduct market research and analyse market trends to substantiate property valuation, marketing strategy and investment decision

  • Perform properties, licensing, insurance, legal matters related to properties, and corresponding maintenance issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Civil / Structural Engineering, Architectural Studies or equivalent with membership of a recognized professional institute

  • At least 8 – 10 years’ relevant experience involving in large-scale development projects, and construction supervisory experience in overseeing large scale commercial and retail development projects

  • Strong planning, organizing and coordinating ability with good communications and problem solving skills

  • Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills with strong market and business sense

  • Strong leadership and project management skills

  • Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline

  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

  • Less experience will be considered as Project Manager

Graphic Designer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development and creation for all Digital/Print marketing materials and brand collaterals, from creative concept development to final production

  • Liaise with Vendors in production of print materials

  • Maintain and Update visual elements on Website and Social Media Platforms for D2 Place

  • Photo shooting and editing

  • Experience in creating Websites/EDMs and using website CMS is a plus

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Graphic Design or other related disciplines

  • 2 years solid experience in graphic design

  • Hands-on experience in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver/WordPress/HTML, Flash and Premiere

  • Creative and passionate, with strong aesthetic sense, ability to think out-of-the-box and great eye for detail

  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a good team player

  • Able to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines

  • Good communication skills and good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Immediate available preferred

Analyst Programmer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and enhance for internal system applications

  • Troubleshoot software development problems

  • Prepare system documentation(s) on the developed systems and provide application support

  • Provide support on user acceptance tests and perform user support

  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines

  • At least 4 year working experience in software development

  • With hands on experience in Angular is a MUST

  • Knowledge in Silverlight, C#, Java, PHP, HTML5, Crystal Reports would be an advantage

  • Mobile development experience is preferable

  • Excellent analytical, organizing & communication skills

  • Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills

  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Good team player with self-initiative, open-minded and willing to learn
