Conference Services Manager

JOBS RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Overseeing the MICE events including guest room allocation, function room setup and logistics follow up

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Hospitality/Business Administration or related discipline

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience

  • Knowledge in Delphi and Opera is an advantage

  • Excellence communication skills and detailed mind

Club Floor Butler

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 1 years working experience in hotel industry

  • Relevant education background

  • Independent & confident to work under pressure

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Good team player with excellent communication skills in both English & Chinese

  • Additional language would be an advantage

Guest Services Agent - Front Office

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 1 years working experience in hotel industry

  • Relevant education background

  • Independent & confident to work under pressure

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Good team player with excellent communication skills in both English & Chinese

  • Additional language would be an advantage

  • More experience will be considered as Senior Guest Services Agent

Account Director - Corporate

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for developing new business opportunities from local corporate accounts and expand customer base in order to achieve sales target

  • Maintain good sales relationship with new and existing customers

  • Key account management with the implementation and delivery of strategic business plans to accomplish revenue targets

  • Prepare sales forecast, budget and analysis report

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline

  • Minimum 5 years solid experience in hotel sales and focusing on corporate accounts

  • Confident and result-driven with a proven sales track record

  • Experience in account management and development of new accounts

  • Strong analytical skills with good business sense

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application, especially Word and Excel

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Sales Manager (Corporate) / Sales Manager (Corporate)

Sales Coordinator

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline

  • Minimum 1 years relevant experience

  • Self-motivated, result-orientated, driver for business revenue and customer Focus

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese 

Duty Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree or diploma in related discipline

  • At least 5 years experience in hotel engineering field, experience in the same capacity is an advantage

  • Registered electrical worker (A) and proficiency in E&M 

  • Willing to work on shifts

  • Confident to work independently and under pressure

  • Good communication and team management skill
