Assistant Cashier Supervisor

Job Purpose:   

  • “To perform cashiering functions at store level and assist in executing internal control functions for store operations”.

Key Accountabilities:

  • In addition to following Lane Crawford’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Daily Cashiering Operations:

  • To handle  the daily collection of sales proceeds from the sales operations

  • To provide the cashiering service, including distribution of POS terminal floats, partial uplift of cash, checking to POS credit card settlement reports, handover of cash takings from store frontline at day end closing, coins exchange, banking of cheques from customers.

  • To investigate irregular sales transaction shown on exception reports and follow up to understand explanation and authorization of such transactions

  • To prepare Cash Report including daily cash sales proceeds received and monies to be banked

  • To perform exchange of foreign currency bank note and traveler cheque with appointed foreign currency exchange agent daily

  • To set up credit card terminals and accessories for road show / trunk show events

  • To prepare and handover  LC Electronic Gift Card to corporate customers

  • To issue and sale of Gift Card at POS terminals

  • To perform online refund via OOPG for refund of e-Business transaction

  • To ensure that financial practices are sound and in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and prevailing legislation as well as company guidelines, policies and procedures

  • To maintain appropriate internal control safeguards on the Company’s assets

  • To ensure that people understand and are complying with the procedures and processes

Temporary Human Resources Assistant (6 months contract)

Responsibilities:

  • To provide all-round administration support to HR department 

  • To support C&B calculation, payroll administration and MPF enrollment 

  • To handle HR-related documents, filing and data entry in a timely manner

  • To maintain accurate records in staff management system   

  • To assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline

  • 1 -2 years working experience, preferably in HR area, fresh graduates will also be considered

  • Exposure gained from retail industry will be an advantage 

  • Attention to details, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Excellent numeracy and computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office tools

  • Immediately available preferred

Junior Customer Insight Analyst / Customer Insight Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • To take ownership in customer segmentation for the company and also on customer targeting for various programmes – with the aim to further enhance our understanding of our customers and to maximize revenue.

  • To participate in the design, development and implement of Omni-Channel customer analytical solutions

  • To perform in-depth customer and campaign analysis so that recommendations can be made to improve future campaigns

  • To continuously review process and develop automation to improve BAU efficiency

  • To implement strategic marketing solutions including pre-campaign analysis, tracking and evaluation

  • To monitor and analyse online digital marketing and social media activity

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing/Computing/Statistics/Information System discipline

  • 2-3 years experience in related field, preferably with luxury retail or retail experience

  • Experience in database marketing/campaign management, reporting and management information

  • Able to analyse and translate data into meaningful reports with recommendations

  • Good understanding of campaign management and customer segmentation

  • Proficiency in SQL, and Microsoft Excel (with experience in Google Analytics, Tableau is an advantage)

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Customer Insight Analyst

Concierge

Responsibilities:

  • To deliver consistent, friendly and responsive in store concierge service and ensure Lane Crawford standards are consistently executed at all times

  • To provide a full range of concierge services to customers and be proactive in responding to their needs

  • To be highly aware and fully conversant with the most recent trends and newest products of fashion and lifestyle

  • To maintain and update customer information and encourage repeat business by building relationships with all concierge customers

  • To professionally handle all customer comments and complaints

  • To understand and perform all tasks for the benefit of the customer relating to Lane Crawford systems

  • To communicate and collaborate with other departments effectively in store and head office to fulfill specific requests from customers

  • To maintain the highest standards of personal grooming, courtesy, positive attitude and overall presentation at all times

 Requirements:

  • Matriculated or above

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a service field (retail, hospitality etc)

  • Strong service mindset

  • Customer focused with a pleasant and outgoing personality

  • Good problem solving abilities

  • Good command of English and Mandarin

  • Computer literate
