Service Desk Engineer

Job Purpose: 

“To support first line non-close ticket and provide the solution to user; to support user problems and to work with other Technology teams to implement applications to different office and store locations; to learn other Tech team provided system knowledge and to provide the second line support; to manage the first line support”

Key Accountabilities:

Ticket Management and solution provider

  • To gather, understand and trouble-shoot the first line non-solved ticket

  • To Manage the tickets status, logs and ticket information

Stock Management

  • To manage the stock delivery by user request

  • To understand what is needed for user by their SSR form request

  • To get the quote for the goods purchase with vendor

Store and Office Movement Management

  • To manage the store movement by store or brand request

  • To manage the office movement by admin user request

  • To get the quote and manage the timeline for each movement

Job Purpose: 

To explore, present and help Lane Crawford to deliver on new business opportunities coming from customer / market / competitor / internal operation analysis and research. The opportunities explored will cover all area of the business, which will help Lane Crawford develop its Connected Commerce strategy. The role will also help Lane Crawford define and build Customer Experience / Customer Centric culture across the company.

Key Accountabilities:

In addition to following Lane Crawford’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Knowledge Building

  • Conduct internal / external analysis on market, customer and competitors across multiple industries, in line and beyond Lane Crawford’s brand focus & current offerings.

  • Synthesize market studies, user research and insights that are easily understandable & shareable, present in a clear and compelling manner

  • Be a trusted advisor on different topics for team across the company.

Shape Projects & Provide Support

  • Based on insights from customer (internal & external), market and financial, shape and craft strategy and vision for prioritized projects in a well-framed and compelling manner.

  • Define tangible topline focus / scope for the project

  • Help setting up the project team with clear roles & responsibilities.

  • Present and communicate project strategy & plan to project team and stakeholders.

  • Ensure experience design, implementations, launch and change management are aligned with the project’s overarching vision.

  • Support and communicate regularly with team to drive project forward.

  • Work with project teams to resolve crisis / issues / conflicts if needed.

Support CX Enablement

  • Research on CX enablement including best practice, methods, tools to improve our ways of working.

  • Support setup and implement CX practice across the company.

Lead Photographer

Job Highlights

Job Responsibilities : 

“To support and develop the Photographic function within Studio to reach annual targets, drive sales and build on the eCommerce offering of Lane Crawford”

Photography

  • To produce and oversee high quality and consistently strong imagery, ensuring exposure and color consistency is not compromised

  • To meet daily, weekly and seasonal targets with regards to Photographic aspect of studio process, and trouble-shooting issues to enable delivery

  • Oversee and able to carry out daily scheduling duties in conjunction with Photographers and Stylists

  • To ensure that correct lighting and technical requirements are employed across all deliverables, following creative and commercial guidelines

  • Initiate and oversee test shoots for the continuous improvement of images and process as briefed

  • To be responsible for care and upkeep of all studio equipment, props, supplies and managing budget as needed

  • To carry out due diligence and investigative work around industry standards, new techniques and photographic styles

  • Oversee outsourcing requirements and spend by maintaining good standard

Communication

  • Maintain a cohesive and productive working relationship with the Studio team, including but not limited to the Photographers, Stylists, Retouchers, and Copywriters

  • To work well within a team under pressure and adopt a flexible, motivated attitude

  • To communicate regularly with Manager, addressing all issues and developments

  • Lead weekly team meetings, projects, and communicate business updates

Information Technology

  • Understanding of business network systems and be able to work with such in an effective and productive manner

  • Consistently review and suggest possible system enhancements that will improve or provide greater efficiency to current practice

  • To store and manage accurate daily shoot records and digital asset files

  • Keeping all cameras firmware up to date, relaying updates to department head

Requirement

  • 5+ years experience in a professional commercial photography studio, including photography team leadership experience

  • Retail photography experience is an advantage

  • Ability to work in a high volume production environment

  • Proficient in computer, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), light room

  • Passionate in Photography

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to multitask and capable of working independently or in a team

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Accounting Assistant – Accounts Payable

Job Highlights

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Accountant (Accounts Payable) with day to day accounting duties

  • Prepare monthly accounts, journal entries and general ledger for accounting system

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

Key Accountabilities:

In addition to following Lane Crawford’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Store Design

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to plan and manage projects to achieve project objectives

  • To ensure store projects are plan and execute that are up to LC standards & guidelines and meet the target objectives, budget and timelines

  • To keep key stakeholders in relevant departments with up-to-date project progress and escalate issues with recommended solutions on a timely manner

  • To demonstrate a good understanding of Architecture, Interior and Design trends of the retail industry in Hong Kong and worldwide. Able to incorporate these ideas into the design process to ensure Lane Crawford has new and exciting concepts

  • To ensure there is “big picture” thinking in the design and project development taking into consideration space planning and global design standards

  • To identify, analyse issues and provide recommended solutions in the design and construction process to ensure smooth project execution

  • To work closely with Project Manager (Project Management) in delivery projects.

Relationship Management

  • To be the gatekeeper for Lane Crawford store design to ensure all new projects and initiatives are aligned to our brand integrity and vision

  • To represent the department to interact with various internal and external stakeholders on all project design and architectural matters

  • To provide advice and guidance to other departments throughout project development and implementation to maintain brand integrity
