Graphic & Packaging Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Design graphics, product & packaging following brand’s guidelines;

  • Responsible for development of the creative concept of multimedia and design;

  • Responsible for working from layout concept to artwork and print production processes on different materials, including brochures, advertising, cards and other marketing collaterals;

  • Knowledge on product and packaging structure and materials;

  • Provide suggestions in regards to design themes, ideas, etc.;

  • Strong sense of food & beverage product trend;

  • Work closely with Marketing and PR team to maintain brand image and design consistency;

  • Assist to execute the brand and marketing strategy for enhancing brand awareness;

  • Communicate with promotional partners, principles and vendors to maintain brand image and design consistency;

  • Other duties and ad hoc assignments are required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Graphic Design or related disciplines

  • 3 years or above relevant experience

  • EXCELLENT command in computer skills including AI, Photoshop, etc

  • Creative thinking, good design sense and sensitive to market trend

  • Knowledge of social media

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Cheerful & out-going personality and be a good team player

  • Good communication and proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese

Accounts Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to handle full set of accounts and related financial accounting duties;

  • Handle issue cheque, bank reconciliation, AR / AP and general ledger as assigned;

  • Assist in inventory monitoring, monthly closing and other accounting reports;

  • Support ad hoc tasks as assigned;

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting related discipline or above OR LCCI equivalent qualification;

  • Relevant accounting working experience in F&B industry would be an advantage;

  • Details minded; Multi-tasking and capable to manage tight schedule;

  • Self-initiated with can-do attitude;

  • Well-knowledge in using Microsoft Word & Excel;

  • Responsible for leading the pastry team for the cake production.

  • Train and develop the solid pastry team

  • 培訓及發展餅房成員

  • Cost and quality Control

  • 成本及品質監控

  • Hygiene management as required by company standard and government legalization

  • 確保餅房衛生符合公司及法例規定

工作要求 Responsibilities:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in cake production

  • 5年或以上餅房蛋糕生產經驗

  • Understand the pastry trends and worldwide dessert sense, great passion in pastry

  • 熟悉甜品發展趨勢及熱衷甜品製作

  • Good team player, reliable and able to work under pressure

  • 具團隊合作精神,有責任心及能承擔工作壓力

  • Good spoken in English and Cantonese

  • 懂粵語及英語

  • More experience in managing the pastry kitchen will be considered as Chef de Partie
