Customer Services Officer

Job Responsibilities:        

  • Responsible for delivering handover and customer services for new residential development projects and property sales

  • Handle all enquiries in a courteous manner

  • Identify and deal with customer complaints and requests in a proactive manner

  • Collect customer feedback on service to continuously enhance service quality

  • Respond to written or verbal customer inquiries in a timely manner as needed

  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties as required

Job Requirements:      

  • Diploma holder or above

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer services with strong customer-facing skils

  • Experience with handover of residential properties or property sales preferred

  • Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work under pressure in a customer-facing environment

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; basic skills in Mandarin

Site Clerk (6 months renewable contract)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Handover Team

  • Perform data entry, handle general administrative work and filing duties

  • Compile operation reports

Job Requirements:

  • DSE / CSE or above

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MsWord.

  • Proficiency in Chinese and English word processing

  • Attention to details

交樓服務大使 (6個月合約)


  • 為新落成的住宅項目提供交樓及客戶服務

  • 監察和檢查單位的驗收及細清工作

  • 跟進執修項目進度

  • 接待及解答顧客諮詢


  • 具有DSE學歷或以上

  • 擁有住宅物業交樓或客戶服務經驗者優先考慮

  • 具良好的語言能力,能操流利廣東話,以及基本的英文和普通話

  • 態度誠懇有禮、富責任感、守時及勤奮

  • 善於聆聽及溝通
