Customer Services Officer
Responsible for delivering handover and customer services for new residential development projects and property sales
Handle all enquiries in a courteous manner
Identify and deal with customer complaints and requests in a proactive manner
Collect customer feedback on service to continuously enhance service quality
Respond to written or verbal customer inquiries in a timely manner as needed
Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties as required
Diploma holder or above
Minimum 2 years' experience in customer services with strong customer-facing skils
Experience with handover of residential properties or property sales preferred
Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure in a customer-facing environment
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; basic skills in Mandarin
Site Clerk (6 months renewable contract)
Provide administrative support to the Handover Team
Perform data entry, handle general administrative work and filing duties
Compile operation reports
DSE / CSE or above
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MsWord.
Proficiency in Chinese and English word processing
