EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / DEPARTMENTAL SECRETARY

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily secretarial and administrative support to Executive Director and the Finance Department
  • Liaise, communicate and coordinate with various business units and internal parties on business issues, operation activities and project matters
  • Handle incoming / outgoing enquiries and correspondences
  • Consolidate business information for management review
  • Prepare report and presentation materials for business meetings
  • Handle travel related issues including hotel and flight booking
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects when necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration / Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience in providing administrative support to senior executive
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Detail-minded and proactive with strong interpersonal skills
     

ASSISTANT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis for Hong Kong property market
  • Assist in the business development planning and land acquisition for the Group
  • Handle land administrative tasks and acquisition activities relating to the Group’s property development / investment portfolio

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
  • Chartered Surveyor (GP) is preferable
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in property developer or government
  • Familiar with property development and asset management processing in Hong Kong
  • Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
     

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT / ASSISTANT LEASING OFFICER

 Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Leasing Team on leasing administration related matters
  • Prepare and administer all tenancy agreements, leases, licenses and other related documents
  • Prepare and maintain leasing database and filing system
  • Assist in regular reports preparation and analysis
  • Assist the superior to handle complaints / enquiries from tenants and agents
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Real Estate or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in leasing / property management
  • Experience in handling old residential buildings and carparks is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient at MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
     

ASSISTANT LEASING OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general support for the leasing team
  • Assist in preparing reports, legal documents and rental proposals
  • Handle enquiries and complaints of leasing
  • Coordinate with agents, consultants and contractors
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

  • Degree in Property Management or related disciplines
  • Willing to learn and good communication skill
  • Good PC skills e.g. MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, Engl
     

FINANCE MANAGER (PRC)

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Financial Controller
  • Manage all accounting and tax functions including reporting, budget control, cash management and tax planning for the country operation
  • Develop efficient and effective financial systems including reporting, budget control, financial policies and procedures
  • Contribute to improving business performance in terms of profitability and cash generation through the continuous development of timeliness and quality reporting
  • Measure performance metrics of the company, assess the impact of such developments on the business and advise the management team on the courses of action to ensure the financial soundness of the local operation
  • Develop and maintain effective risk management and internal control processes
  • Communicate and maintain good relationship with bankers, auditors and other professional parties
  • Perform ad hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy and / or Finance
  • Qualified Member of ACCA / HKICPA / CICPA or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HK listed companies, preferably with exposure to PRC property development / Property Agency industry
  • Well verse in local China GAPP and tax practices
  • Well experience in China business operating environment and in a business partnering role
  • Strong financial analysis and business acumen
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated, independent and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadline
  • A good team player and strong leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office application including Excel and MS Word and accounting software

LEASING OFFICER / ASSISTANT LEASING OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full range of leasing administration works and tenancy matters including but not limited to tenancy administration, credit control, daily property management issues and etc
  • Conduct marketing research, analyze data and compile various reports
  • Handle all enquiries of leasing / complaints from tenants, property agencies or customers
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Real Estate Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in residential leasing or property management
  • Familiar with property industry in Hong Kong
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Sound PC skills on Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
  • Outdoor work is required
  • Experience in handling leasing matters of shops and industrial buildings is an advantage
  • Working experience with property developers is an advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer
     

SENIOR INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Review the effectiveness and efficiency of the business operations within the group, including property development business in Hong Kong, PRC and Macau
  • Plan and perform financial, operational and compliance audits of the business operation, ensuring that all internal policies and procedures comply with approved standards and statutory requirements
  • Provide advisory support to management on potential risk areas and make recommendations to strengthen internal control system
  • Handle ad hoc projects and assignments

Requirements

  • University graduate in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines
  • Qualified Accountant
  • 3 years of relevant work experience in Internal Audit / Risk Management, preferably gained from sizable property development companies
  • Knowledge of Listing Rules, corporate governance and ordinances in HK and PRC
  • Analytical, proactive and independent
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Good computer skills e.g. MS Office
  • Willing to travel
     

SYSTEM ANALYST

Responsibilities:

  • Perform development, implementation and maintenance of software applications
  • Review existing business processes and prepare documentation
  • Provide user support and training for software applications
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in web-based application development using Microsoft ASP.NET and .NET platform
  • Experienced in MVC model development, and related frameworks and libraries, e.g. AngularJS, ReactJS
  • Knowledgeable in database design and SQL programming.  
  • Knowledgeable in ERP, CRM, POS system and report writer such as Crystal Reports is an advantage
  • Good analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in English and Cantonese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as “Analyst Programmer”
