Kowloon Development Company Limited, a member of the Polytec Group, with its core business in property investment and development is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 34).  Our recent expansion in Hong Kong, Macau and China has created exciting opportunities and we are looking for people who are talented, energetic, creative team players to join our growing team.



  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management and etc

  • Work closely with the business partners on hiring needs and manage the whole recruitment & selection process including but not limited to posting job advertisements, screening applications, conducting interviews and making offers

  • Handle on-board arrangements, prepare employment contract & salary benchmarking, conduct reference check, follow-up probationary assessment & staff movement and etc

  • Manage work permit application/renewal for expatriates or PRC staff

  • Responsible for monthly payroll calculation, MPF contributions, tax filing, leave maintenance and medical & life insurance administration

  • Prepare and update various HR-related reports for management review

  • Assist in handling annual HR projects such as Annual Salary Review, Performance Appraisal and ad hoc projects

  • Assist in HRIS enhancement/implementation

  • Perform other ad hoc project assigned


  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline

  • Minimum 5 years’ HR generalist experience in sizable organization, preferably with exposure to construction or property development field

  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR-related legislation and practices

  • Detail-minded, well-organized and able to work independently

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Be proactive with strong sense of commitment and a good team player

  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, knowledge in HRIS is an advantage

  • Immediate availability is preferable



  • Responsible for full spectrum of front desk services e.g. answering general calls & enquiries, greeting guests, courier services, mailing order, etc.

  • Provide support for office administrative services including but not limited to office management, supplies & procurement, office renovation & relocation, facility management, etc.

  • Assist in organizing company activities i.e. Christmas Party, Annual Dinner, etc.

  • Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned


  • Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline

  • 5 years’ relevant experience

  • Proactive and customer-oriented with good communication skills

  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua

  • Good command of PC skills e.g. MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
