We invite mature and high caliber person to fill the following positions in Hong Kong:

Project Administrator, Project Management – Thematic Museum (1 Year contract)

Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for the pre-event arrangement, logistics coordination and on-site supervision;

  • To liaise with vendors/ suppliers for providing goods or services in highest quality standard;

  • To develop the long-term relationship between the company and vendors/ suppliers.

  • To make daily report to Manager about the status of on-going project.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above;

  • 1-2 years of exhibition/event project coordination experience will be an advantage;

  • Strong interest in Exhibition & Event industry;

  • Good time management and communication;

  • Proactive and detail oriented;

  • Independent and self-driven;

  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin & English;

  • Hardworking and being able to adapt to irregular working hours.

Senior Executive/Executive, Operations – Exhibitions & Events

Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for the pre-event arrangement, logistics coordination and on-site supervision;

  • To liaise with vendors/ suppliers for providing goods or services in highest quality standard;

  • To develop the long-term relationship between the company and vendors/ suppliers.

  • To make daily report to Manager about the status of on-going project.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above;

  • 3 years of exhibition/event operation and project coordination experience will be an advantage;

  • Strong interest in Exhibition & Event industry;

  • Good time management and communication;

  • Proactive and detail oriented;

  • Independent and self-driven;

  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin & English;

  • Hardworking and being able to adapt to irregular working hours.

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered Operations Executive

Assistant Manager, Account Service – Exhibitions & Events

Responsibility: 

  • Ensure all activities follow the working processes of other teams / vendors

  • Responsible for project planning, risk management and crisis management

  • Dealing with clients from various nationalities on their request and solve their enquirers effectively

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder, preferably in Event Management / Communication or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5-6 years of events project supervision experience and strong leadership skills will be an advantage

  • Creative, strong marketing sense and responsible

  • A good team player with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to details and capability of multi-tasking

  • Good command of spoken Mandarin, Cantonese & English

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Executive
