We invite mature and high caliber person to fill the following positions in Hong Kong:

Finance Manager


  • Lead the accounting team and oversee the accounting and finance function

  • Manage the overall financial and management reporting

  • Ensure accurate and timely reports

  • Maintain internal controls and compliance


  • University graduation and major in Accounting

  • ACCA level II or equivalent

  • Minimum 10 years related working experience, experience in construction is definitely advantage

  • Strong sense of responsibility, detailed-oriented and independent

  • Fluent English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other application

Project Administrator, Project Management – Thematic Museum (1 Year contract)


  • To be responsible for the pre-event arrangement, logistics coordination and on-site supervision;

  • To liaise with vendors/ suppliers for providing goods or services in highest quality standard;

  • To develop the long-term relationship between the company and vendors/ suppliers.

  • To make daily report to Manager about the status of on-going project.


  • Diploma holder or above;

  • 1-2 years of exhibition/event project coordination experience will be an advantage;

  • Strong interest in Exhibition & Event industry;

  • Good time management and communication;

  • Proactive and detail oriented;

  • Independent and self-driven;

  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin & English;

  • Hardworking and being able to adapt to irregular working hours.

Site Supervisor, Project Management - Thematic & Museums


  • Coordinate and supervise site work as carrying out by sub-contractors

  • Responsible for project programming, planning, progress monitoring, documentations and on-site operation

  • Attend regular site meetings, monitor progress and workmanship on site

  • Occasionally travel to PRC or other countries when required

  • Liaise with clients and sub-contractors or designers on site


  • Diploma or above in Civil/Building/Engineering or equivalent

  • Good communication and site management skills

  • 2-3 years site supervision experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel & MS Project preferred

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus

  • Good written/spoken in English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage

  • Able to work independently and under pressure as well as willing to work overtime/during weekends if necessary

Quantity Surveyor - Interiors/Permanent Exhibits


  • Prepare tender cost estimates, tender documentation, project finance and contract administration

  • Material sourcing and procurement

  • Prepare variation order claims, extension of time and other QS related works

  • Prepare progress claim to submit to the client / consultant and report the cash flow projection

  • Carry out site evaluation, site measurement and certification of sub-contractors’ work progress claims

  • Negotiation of cost of variation orders with client / consultants / sub-contractors

  • Finalization of accounts with client / consultants / sub-contractors


  • Degree / diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related discipline

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in construction and / or commercial projects / retail and corporate office interiors

  • Experiences in claims handling, cost and contract management

  • Resourceful with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under dynamic phase and stress

  • Good comment of spoken and written English and Cantonese

  • Conversant in mandarin (both written and spoken)

  • Based in Hong Kong and occasionally travel to China if needed

Executive – Sales & Marketing


  • Form 7 and above with 2 – 3 years working experience in related field

  • Assist in all marketing activities and other tasks

  • Out - going, Presentable, self-motivated with strong sales and marketing sense

  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin

  • Good PC and power point knowledge
